Premier Inn Worcester (M5,Jct6)

Breakfast? Nope, extra £20. The twin room you booked? Nope, have a double with a sofa instead. Two bath towels? Don't be silly, walk to reception if you really want another - well you have to walk because there's no phone in the room. And somewhere nearby for dinner? Well, if you don't mind sharing the bar and restaurant with foul mouthed workmen staying on expenses, then this is the place for you.

Very poor experience with notification on arrival that the restaurant would be closed for both nights of stay and bar only open for a short time on one night only! Necessitating locating and driving to other restaurants. In addition very noisy deliveries during the night interrupting sleep.

All the staff Gail, Rob, Lana, Carol so friendly, courteous, nothing to much trouble, and always helpful. There local knowledge was big help in helping my business. The 2 Rooms i stayed in where clean, bed and pillow great, curtains black out are Amazing. Can't fault. Shower brill hot and fast. All power points and kettle great. Bedside lamps with easy switch next to bed. Breakfast across the way was hot and tasty. Would reccomend to all I'll be back

This hotel has to be the worst Premier Inn I have stayed at. The state of the hotel and restaurant says it all, Luckily we arrived on the Friday to which we were told that the restaurant and bar will be open but not any other night through the week or weekend, I have never heard of a hotel restaurant only to be open once a week! The reception staff at the hotel are friendly but a different story with the bar staff, they are rude and give the impression they don't want to be there. The hotel rooms just look as old and tired as the buildings and uncared for! A huge let down as this hotel does have the potential given the great location.

The staff had a pleasant smile which was welcoming. Ample car parking space. Quick check Inn and clean rooms, the beds were very comfortable. Loved our stay.

Very happy with the price for me and my friend when stayed and the bed was very comfortable and the staff member was very helpful and had a smile on faces and really enjoyed my stay and would go back again 👍🏻👍🏻

It has a great location, it is easy to park and despite the close proximity to the motorway noise not an issue. However, Premier Inns connection with Beefeater proves to be problematic with the restaurant looking and feeling very tired and unloved.

Stayed here as a stop off for 1 night during a road trip. Picked this as was en route and had food facilities.- was a last minutes booking 2 days before stay. Upon booking was offered the ‘meal deal’, being 2 course evening meal with drink and breakfast, which we took up. Day before arriving - day after booking, was emailed to say the restaurant was not open and so no evening meals were provided. This was a reason we booked this, so we didn’t have to venture out anywhere after our long drive. They took the money knowing this was closed. Upon turning up it is obvious that this has not been open for years, war torn countries have more aesthetic buildings! Has we been told before booking we would not have chosen this, could not get a refund for room as it was non cancelable! The staff upon arrival were also awful, first question (so you input your registration) - did you come by car? No welcome no niceties, no expressions - gormless ****** is being kind. So how do you think people get to a place right beside a motorway, yes there are local places which people may have walked from, but they would elect to sleep in the bus shelter outside - way more comfortable and welcoming! This is the worst place I have ever paid to stay!

In need of renovation. Evening food unavailable again. Phone signal nonexistent and WiFi signal was pathetic. Not a good way to spend my hard earned cash
