Hotel Lobesa

Our stay at Lobesa Hotel in Punakha, Bhutan, was truly delightful. The room offered a beautiful view from the back, which added to the serene a**osphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to customer manager Mr. Dian Sharma, Ms. Suku, and the entire team for their outstanding service. We were also grateful for the personal attention from the owner, Mr. Buddha, who ensured everything was perfect. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Outstanding experience, a culinary delight, excellent ambience, courteous staff, comfortable setting, great location. A special mention of team member (in staff) of Miss Suku Subba who endeared herself with her affable mannerism, polished demeanors. She is an assett to the Hotel. With her charming presence she earned my regard.

Hospitality is the USP of this hotel. Great location, good food gives a good vibe of Bhutan’s authentic culture. They personally take care of everyone’s food preferences and try to accommodate. The manager DN sharma is very friendly. They also arranged a picnic lunch by pochu river in Punakha Dzong which was a fab exp.

Excellent hotel with great views. Very big and warm rooms with wooden floors. The staff were very caring and friendly. Breakfast can be improved, otherwise a great experience!

A hotel with terrible food and very bad rooms. The food at dinner seemed stale with very limited options. Bhaturas were being offered with kemadatchi which is supposed to be cheesy potato gravy . The towels in the room seemed very unclean . The only good part for the room was the valley view and the bed. Everything else was disappointing.

Stunning location, valley and the mountain just outside our room balcony. Staff was very courteous. Decent meals for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were in great condition. There was fire in the mountains during our stay so there was lot of haze thus spoiling the experience a bit.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Great views and service. Entrance was deceiving but once inside the resort was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Great WiFi and warm tea on arrival. Would recommend to other travelers.

The room feels like a cabin in the woods, except that it is not in the woods. scenic views of the Himalayas. Super spacious rooms, pretty, wooden balconies with great view. decent food. Staff is courteous. Rooms so huge, ideal for families with kids, all can be put up in one room!

Our stay at Hotel Lobesa was amazing! The room was really spacious, and the view of the valley from the balcony was beautiful - a dream to wake up to. All of the staff were so friendly and the service is exceptional - in particular Suku is amazing! She went out of her way to make our stay special. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and all of the food was delicious. We also tried some local wines, which were lovely! Would definitely recommend this hotel, and can't wait until we can stay here again!
