地理位置一般，衞生狀況還可以。我們是在那邊辦事所以選擇。如果是旅行就比較麻煩，因為打車到市區要三十美金，到哈佛大學也要三十美金。房間沒有拖鞋和洗漱用具，美國的酒店都沒有，很奇怪。早餐以冷餐為主，把它當成快捷酒店去住就好，不要想的和國內的希爾頓比，會失望，

Pay to park, the swimming pool closed Allen/Sammy whatever his name was lacked the appropriate customer service skills. He was rude and condescending. The restaurant staff in the AM & PM were great.

Upon arriving at the property, I was asked if a did a "last minute booking with a third party" to which I said yes, I booked an hour ago using *******. The staff behind the desk blamed me for last minute booking and then ******* who "always gets it wrong" to inform me that the room type I requested wasn't available and that I could downgrade bedsize for the same price or cancel my reservation (I was already out of my way to stay here). I said this isn't right, it's on Embassy to ensure their inventory stays updated and if they can't do it on third party sites, they shouldn't. I asked if he'd waive the $15 parking fee in exchange to which he said management was strict and he can't. I rarely ever write reviews but NEVER have I seen customer service, let alone in the hospitality industry, so rude, to the point where he's raising his voice, threatening to cancel my reservation if I want to dispute getting downgraded versus keeping the same bedsize in what's considered an update. If you see this at a good price, I'd question it before booking. If you see it at a higher price than others, I'd consider others nearby. This was truly disappointing and the owner should monitor his staff more.

WE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE VERY WELCOMING A STAFF FACILITY IS BEAUTIFUL EVERYDAY WAS PERFECT WE HAVE A FAMILY OF 5 PLUS A FOUR-LEGGED BABY AND EVEN WITH HER WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVERYTHING WAS ACCOMMODATING FOR OUR FAMILY IT'S A MUST STAY DEFINITELY TRY THE BAR AND RESTAURANT DOWNSTAIRS

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY WELCOMING PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE FOR MY FAMILY OF 5 WE LOVED THE EXPERIENCE SO MUCH WE ADDED A NIGHT DEFINITELY A MUST STAY !!! 😁☺️

First room had a buildup of trash blocking the door and smelled inside. Staff quickly changed our room but second room was also only partially cleaned and had an odor to it. Staff was very friendly. We were too tired to ask for a 3rd room change.

Very good place to stay, but they got all new help here and it’s not as good as what it was last year for healthwise

During their stay at the hotel, guests were bothered by loud neighbors, disrupting their sleep and overall experience despite the otherwise pleasant accommodations and services offered.

Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, the staff was attentive, things were pleasant. There was a snow storm and the parking lot was kept clean also, no issue getting in or out. Ice machines were working and clean and all the elevators worked.

The layout of the suites is excellent, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was adequate, towels were very good. Front desk was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Room was not particularly clean, and very, very shabby. Curtains were sun damaged and tattered, one lamp was broken, outlets hard to use.

Peaceful rooms . Kind staff at bar . All and all great place ! From front desk to bar to breakfast chef it’s excellent

As a more expensive hotel option, it wasn’t the best. Upon arrival and after a quick room check, we saw hair in the tub, which means the room wasn’t cleaned at it’s best before we arrived. During our first night, the fire alarm kept on beeping every 2 mins.. During our last night, the AC kept on making very loud noises every hour for a good 10 mins.. we had to close the bedroom door but would still hear it. It was so annoying and frustrating since my spouse and I couldn’t sleep and had a 7h drive back home ahead. Breakfast options weren’t great at all (heard a few others say that as well) and twice during our stay, we would head over to get coffee, but the area was closed before the time that it should. Our living room had a door that was linked to the room right beside. Walls are not soundproof at all - we would hear the people beside in the washroom, their bath running, the talking, etc. Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. TV is old. There was also a spare blanket, but it smelled bad as if it was never washed. Pool wasn’t working.

Room 305. The room that I was in this time needed attention - shower caulk, trim needs painting and dirt build up on bath tile. This is my 3rd stay and didn't notice these issues in my other rooms. Breakfast was excellent!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, & clean. Best complimentary breakfast of any hotel we have stayed in. Top rating!
