Hotel in zona Deliverance Outreach Ministries, Waltham Forest

We always stay at the Lion & Key when we visit London and have been fortunate enough to stay here again in October, December, and also January for my husbands 80th birthday. This really is the ”Savoy” of the small hotels in London and we always know without fail, we will have the most perfect stay. All the staff genuinely care about their guests having the best experience and you cannot fault the care and attention to detail that this hotel takes to ensure an excellent customer experience. They have a great team of which we would like to thank Giorgio, Kanti and Stephania for making all our visits a home away from home. The rooms and also public areas in the hotel are kept pristinely clean and are bright and cheerful. I love the attention to detail this hotel has even with the smallest thing. i.e. the shower cap in the bathroom also has a small hairband in the box ,which is excellent if you have long hair and can’t find your own! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both always have an excellent night sleep. We love the open kitchen where you can see all the food being freshly prepared and cooked to order. They are very generous with their breakfast time which doesn’t end until 12 o’clock lunchtime. The choice and range that they offer in their restaurant, regardless of breakfast or main meals throughout the day would accommodate even the most fussiest eaters, which I am, but even I am extremely spoilt for choice as the breakfast menu is so comprehensive. The quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant is first class and so is the time and care in presentation which also reflects the pride that they take. We can honestly say that the breakfast’s we have at the L&K are the most tastiest, freshest, consistently perfect breakfast’s we have ever had and far exceed the quality that we have experienced over the years in 4 & 5 star hotels. To be honest, we often wonder how they continuously provide such care and attention to detail for the customer, even more so since Covid as many many hotels and restaurants seem to still use this as an excuse for a less than perfect service or menu range. We must’ve had over 100 of breakfasts since we have been coming here in 2018 and the eggs are always perfectly cooked with a lovely orange yolk, regardless of whether it’s a normal full English breakfast, or my husbands favorite the Egg Royale. We very rarely eat sausages or bacon at home, but the quality and taste of the ones here are amazing, so we always, always enjoy our breakfast which set us up for exploring all day. The transport links to this hotel are excellent as well. There are four buses that go past the hotel to Leyton underground, one of which is running 24 hours and they seem to come by every few minutes. Stratford is only four stops from Leyton so excellent connections for overground, DLR, O2 etc. Liverpool Street is the next stop along for even more connections so the location we find is a great asset to wherever we

In generale l'hotel è perfetto. La camera da letto è nuova e abbastanza grande da poter ospitare i nostri 3 pezzi di bagaglio da 28”. La decorazione è decente. Il bagno è grande e la piscina è grande. Le strutture sono abbastanza buone e il letto è morbido e ottenere un buon supporto per un buon sonno. La posizione è proprio all'opuscolo del centro commerciale Westfield Stratford, che è abbastanza grande da fare shopping. Il centro commerciale collega anche alla stazione Startford dove possiamo prendere Tube (Jubilee / Central) o Elizabeth Line a qualsiasi hotspot a Londra.Crediamo che ci fermeremo qui la prossima volta.

Ottimo ubicazione e servizio. Una bevanda complimentare ricevuta come il record dell'hotel non può trovare il mio record della prima tentativa e ha fatto un po' di aspettare, ma il servizio professionale e caldo è stato molto impressionante. La stanza è pulita e confortevole

Sono molto felice di trovare questo ostello! E' la prima volta che ho provato l'ostello di capsula, non sarà l'ultima che garantisco! E' vicino alla lana di mattoni, facile per me da camminare alla stazione più grande. E mi fa sentire sicuro! L'ospite è più utile e grazioso. Si consiglia di fare una scelta per ogni viaggiatore e bagagliaio, il miglior prezzo e un prezzo ragionevole per un posto di riposo. La capsula ha anche molti di configurare, così si può cambiare l'illuminazione anche all'interno, sentire come la stazione spaziale I'am I'm Love it!

Good place to stay ……. Highly recommend

Questo hotel è in una posizione buona, in prossimità della stazione Custom House con accesso alla linea Elizabeth. Abbiamo anche usato la macchina via cavo da North Greenwich. Ci sono diversi negozi di notte tardi e alcune vasche da pranzo fuori. La camera doppia è compatta con una camera limitata nel bagno, poiché siamo entrambi sotto il 5’5 e il piccolo non era molto di un problema, ma potrebbe essere difficile spostarsi se siete più grandi. Il personale era amichevole e lavorava duramente per mantenere l'hotel pulito e tempestivo.

La stanza è pulita, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto. L'hotel non ha un ristorante. È un buon ristorante accanto. Un semplice hotel veloce e luminoso, adatto per un viaggio di famiglia. È a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, camminare circa trenta minuti!

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti ed è un bel posto in cui soggiornare. Sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che non servissero la parte calda della colazione inglese, quindi ho dovuto accontentarmi di pane tostato, prosciutto, formaggio e tacchino. Buona posizione. L'hotel è situato proprio accanto a Tesco e alla fermata dell'autobus per la stazione ferroviaria di Barking. Anche il servizio di pulizia della camera era eccezionale. Il riscaldamento nella mia stanza potrebbe fare di meglio. A volte non sentivo alcun calore. Nel complesso, lo consiglio vivamente per un viaggio economico.

I been to this hotel many times, its always gives best to stay after a long travel for sure, best clean and neat room, this time receptionist her name is Anisha she treated us really well much appreciated 👍,,, all is fine, the only thing I felt missing is tissues, I couldn't find any tissue box available in the room, but nice place.

Soddisfatto. Vorrei usarlo di nuovo la prossima volta. La posizione è proprio di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus e il check-in è comodo. Tuttavia, il wifi è un po' lento.
