Lovely staff, clean room and delicious breakfast! Me and my wife stayed here recently, all team members were very kind and smiling, if we needed anything they were here to help. Warm welcoming check in, chargeable parking next to building.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and fresh. Staff members at this hotel are very friendly and professional. They are always there for help or if you have any question at any time of the day. Highly recommended place.

Great stay. Staff were friendly and engaging. The room was in good condition and bed was very comfortable. Quiet enough to not stir during the night. Breakfast was on point and up to scratch. Checkout was uncomplicated and without drama. Would recommend.

Arrived and got welcomed beautifully by Lavina(i believe it was) who offered me a very warm welcome which was nice after having an off day. The room was fairly comfortable and nice. I came down later in the night where Kristian and Ty helped me further as i forgot to pay for the parking. Overall it was a very nice stay, would definitely recommend.

Get what it says on the tin.. Room and bedding clean. All staff from point of check in were great.. However needed some help before going to bed as I was leaving early the following morning The night team crew, were fantastic and took the time to help me in readiness for my departure. Very friendly and informative, made my night much more restful. The guy was called Ty and I hope Premier Inn have a process to reward colleagues who make a real effort.. Thank you Premier Inn Walsall Town Centre

The rooms were very clean and the bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. They were very helpful with the parking situation and ran me through how to use the inside payment method correctly which made it easy

Room was nice and clean. No coffee, no water, no soap in the bathroom and no phones in the room. Had to go down to the vending machine to get a bottle of water and the machine took my money and didn't give the water. Useless night staff rude and unhelpful. Won't be staying here again!!
