It was well within location where I had business. Close eating establishment and a convenience store with gasoline. Close to the main road. The individual that checked me in was very pleasant.

Came to Lexington for a horse show judges clinic. The room was clean and tidy. TV cable service was on the fritz, but other than that, all was well. Lots of different pillows on the kind sized bed, so I found exactly what I like.

This hotel is under renovations and the room we were in was not renovated and very dated…the carpets were threadbare and not clean, cabinets had lots of paint chips and bathroom in need of repair. These rooms shouldn’t be rented out until renovations are completed.
The admitting clerk was not friendly however the gentleman working the evening shift was very helpful.
All in all a very poor experience!

Well, the check in guy was great. But the fridge in the room didn’t work, the curtains didn’t block out the light from the parking lot, the my had construction stuff delivered at 6:30 am, and the pancake machine didn’t work.

The room was not clean. Our room door handle only worked if turned upward. I understand that renovations are in process, but even rooms that have not been renovated can be clean and maintained.

The location is perfect for VMI. Breakfast is convenient and service at hotel front desk was excellent. This is an older property, with outside access to every room- but I would stay here again.

Great water pressure in the shower and I love it has multiple shelves for razor, and shampoo. Heater in the room is awesome.

Your desk staff (blond woman working evenings) gave me a new key to my room without verifying my Photo ID. This is a huge safety issue for your customers allowing just anyone to access rooms. I even tried to have her my photo ID but she did not look at it. The breakfast and mornings g desk staff were good.
The room felt like a steel cubicle and the toilet was loud and ran randomly during the night.

The facility overall is very old and terrible. The air conditioner was super dusty and there were so many hairs left in the bathtub drain that I could have made wigs out of them. The worst experience was the bath faucets which only produced very hot or cold water, making it the most uncomfortable shower time of my life.
The service was also very poor, the safety deposit box was closed when we entered the room and we asked for it to be opened, but it never showed up at the appointed time, which made us wonder if there was anything dangerous in it. Not worth the price, it is not a hotel, it is the worst place to sleep.
