As you step inside this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting space filled with natural light and a calming neutral palette. Please note this is a split foyer floor plan — the use of stairs is required to access all bedrooms and living areas. Guest access Guests will have full use of our 2 kayaks including paddles and life jackets. The use of the boat dock slip to store your own boat or rental boat is available. The slip is 10’ wide and 26’ long. There is a boat lift designed for a pontoon that may be used if suitable for your boat type. Easily launch your own boat or rent one at the Duncan Bridge Marina - only a short 10-minute drive away!
