Wakefield: hotel con bar

La seconda visita a questo hotel. Super bello per il prezzo. Personale utile e amichevole. Camera è ancora di base sufficiente. 15 minuti a piedi per la licenza di licenza per tutte le utilità quotidiane. 30 minuti a piedi al centro città. WiFi fantastico, non si ferma mai a lavorare o lentamente. Molto bello per i viaggiatori di business o un piccolo ritardo, ma non per una vacanza piacevole.

Il laminato sulla porta della nostra suite era di pelletamento dal fondo dove l'acqua era penetrata. La nostra camera 207 era molto rumorosa, sembrava sopra il lavandino, dovevamo tenere chiuse le finestre, le lastre erano pulite, ma la materna era chiaramente un stile di bilancio e non molto comodo. Il colazione era delizioso, con molte scelte, ma non si sono mai sbagliati e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 4 minuti per il bacon, il pudding nero e il marrone. Gli articoli del colazione dovrebbero essere riempiti costantemente. È un conveniente fermo per una notte e non posso lamentarmi del prezzo, ma non pago più.

Un buon hotel nel centro della città, facilmente accessibile. Accesso a sedie a rotelle presenti. Processo di check-in molto facile. Le camere sono eccellenti, pulite e confortevoli. Una piccola TV con buona selezione di canali. Il bagno è pulito e buono. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

Excellent hotel the staff were helpful and attentive. Very clean room with air conditioning which was needed as it was a very hot day, with tea making facilities and even biscuits as a kind gesture. Would recommend staying here and will no doubt book in again. Bar had a range of beers and a good selection of draughts as well as spirits available to choose from. There was ample parking round the back of the hotel. Just don't forget to put your vehicle registration at check in. All in all a good stay.

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

The pub and the room themselves are lovely.  We were served by a man behind the bar who greeted us with ‘what’s the name?’ He then couldn’t find the booking as he didn’t have the correct apps from which we booked through…continued to say we wasn’t booked even though proof of booking was given.  His approach changed as soon as he realised he was in the wrong, showed us to the room where we found it wasn’t what I had payed for. I booked a king size bed with two singles, was given a room with just two singles. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and hardly any toilet roll. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned and replenished. When we returned back to the room later on in the evening the room was extremely warm, tried to adjust the heating where we discovered it was only able to be changed by the bar downstairs. The bar closed at 10pm to which afterwards there was no staff on the premises. Either be too hot or open the window and have the loud noises from a main road. Couldn’t win either way.  As mentioned very nicely decorated rooms but issues throughout.
