Located right next to the train station and the bus terminal. Lots of eateries in the vicinity and a supermarket is just 2, 300 meters away. A department store is attached to the hotel too. Staff was super friendly. I drove there and the 24 hours parking charge was a mere 1000 Yens.

Nice cosy hotel - clean and functional room. TV has Netflix. Carpark is at the mall where the hotel is located in. Location is further from the castle but isn’t a major issue. Convenient next to train station.

Right off the station. The room was quiet and warm. Extremely friendly staff. It was exceptional experience. Only thing was that, the room roof was really low, it was pressing for me, 180cm height.

The location of the hotel is just next to the train station and a shopping mall plus a bus interchange. They gave free curry rice at night from 7pm to 8pm.

The location & the staff are excellent & very helpful. They provided clear information for example, the public bus schedule to the places we wanted to visit.

Hotel is conveniently located on top of the train station and is connected to a mall. Love that they have free curry rice as well as a drink for those who stay with them. If you are parking, park at the rooftop and then walk over thru a connector which leads you to the conference/event halls. Thereafter, take the lift down to the lobby. If you don’t do this, you will have to do a bit of a walk around to reach the lobby. Parking is 1000yen per day but you have to have the ticket validated first at the lobby before you head out.

The hotel was good and very well located, right next to the Wakayama station. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was big and comfortable and the shampoo and shower gel was of great quality. The only negative point is that it smelled a bit of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room.

Wonderful location. Very clean. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff.
We experienced a mild earthquake in early morning. There was announcement after the alarm to the hotel room after the shake. However, it was only in Japanese. It would be better if the announcement could be in English as well. Anyway, the reception took our call and explained the situation quickly.
