Wailea Beach Villas

My wife and I stayed at Wailea Beach Villas to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. Our penthouse, 205J, was incredible—spacious, with breathtaking views, and felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere on the property was quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect oasis. The staff was exceptional—special thanks to Raymond, Anthony, and Reece for their kindness. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping just a 5-minute walk away. The beach was stunning, and the adults-only pool near the beach added to the tranquility. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxury escape!

This resort has covered every detail! Your trip will be amazing and you won’t have to worry about a thing! Chair and towels at the beach or pool, sunscreen and water always available! The housekeeping worked around my son’s nap schedule! We had the best time!

The Villa we rented was incredible! Amazing views of the ocean and great for sunrise and sunsets. Nice and quiet yet close enough to the beach so you can go whenever you feel. Would absolutely stay here again. The amenities included were great. Lisa the GM here helped create a very personal experience for my family and concierge helped us book whatever we wanted. Top notch service!

Lisa Carson is the lady of the hour. She was so welcoming and walked us through the whole unit so we didn't have to fumble around. She was so thoughtful to my two daughters by converting the den into a spare room so they each had their own space. And she was accommodating to letting us check out closer to our late flight. Such an amazing location and accommodations. Lisa gave us the warmest welcome and the homemade banana bread was the perfect touch. Loved the pool side area and perfect location for morning walks. The fitness center had everything I needed including a peloton!

We stayed for 5 nights in Blue Ocean Suite H401. It was incredible. First the management company PrivateParadise Villas was extremely responsive and communicative. We had a wonderful private greeter (Holli) who met us at the apartment on arrival to show us how everything worked and answer any questions. She communicated by email and was flexible with us going to lunch before meeting us there. The unit had just been updated so the furnishings, TV, sound system and kitchen had wonder new features. This property has the best of both worlds. You have a private apartment with your own personal elevator to your unit but pools and beach service like a resort (they set up umbrellas and chairs with towels on the beach for you. It is a central location that allowed us to explore Maui. The best part of this unit was that is was on the end and had views of mountains and beach with a kalidescoping door system that allowed you to open up and make the inside living space flow into the outside lanai. We enjoyed dinners outside with the doors open and it was amazing. The unit was equipped with any possible need from beach chairs and beach umbrellas to rain umbrellas (not needed), wine refrigerator, laundry provisions. There really wasn't anything they didn't think of. We loved our stay there in Maui.

We stayed in Villa G302. To say this villa is beautiful is an understatement, from the large lanai with ocean views to the three well appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The only drawback is the “family pool” is up on the hill with no true view of the ocean. While the adult pool is down by the beach and a gorgeous infinity pool. The crew is ready for you from 8-3pm to setup beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. I wish they were there longer, however it seems the norm for all resorts that access this beach to complete service around 3pm! The crew also has beach towels to use on the beach or pool. The kitchen in our villa was fully stocked, with all the kitchen tools one could need to cook. The Nespresso and coffee maker are perfect, and the team provides creamer as well. If you’re looking for a resort with room service daily and restaurants and shopping, this isn’t it. Room service is provided if you stay more than 6 days. This resort is also conveniently located next to The Shops at Wailea, with a private gate access. All in all, I couldn’t recommend this resort more, and I’d highly recommend G302!

Checked in for a long weekend with my colleague girlfriends. Our room was perfect for us relax- rooms were clean and cool. Spacey- so we could all log on to meetings when needed. The access to the beautiful wailea walking path was perfect for a morning walk. Gym was enough. But the team (Lisa) was the best part, everyone was welcoming and exuded mauis aloha!

We were staying in PH301 with a family of 8 and two weeks before we arrived they mentioned we would have to switch rooms half way through our stay. There are 5 kids under 8 with us and so they seriously expected us to move half way through the stay? Why didn't we know this before booking so we could have stayed elsewhere? Upon arrival, the property manager said she hasn't experienced anyone having to move during their stay and she said she would find out if she can make any changes to our reservation. We never heard back from her and I had to stop by the front desk to see if it was possible to not move. They said no but that they would help move all of our belongings to the new unit. Well moving day arrived and guess what, not a single person from the staff helped us move. It was even a fight to get a cart that we can put all of our luggage on. We also had to move the roll-a-ways across the entire property to the other side where our new unit is. You think they would apologize and give us a bottle of wine or champagne but they didn't do anything for us. The staff is nice upon arrival but after that, you will not see that nice side of them again. I am a Hyatt Globalist and have never been treated so poorly at a property. I do not recommend this place and would suggest looking at the other beautiful properties that are in the Wailea area.
