Many shops, restaurants, and amenities are very close, no need for a vehicle! The property features two newly tiled sparkling clean pools, tennis/ pickle ball courts, gas BBQ grills, vast beautifully manicured grounds with many tropical trees (mangoes, bananas, avocados) and tons of flowers. Wake up to the sounds of tropical birds singing and fall asleep to a quiet tropical breeze. TAXES INCLUDED. This gorgeous condo was gutted and remodeled in 2020-2021 and listed as a vacation rental in June 2021. All details have been carefully thought out to give you a modern, comfortable, relaxing vacation of your dreams. (This is my second home, my happy place; I spend as much time here as possible and want you to enjoy this gem as much as I do when I can't be here!) Kamaole Beach Park II is directly across the street from the complex. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels are provided in the condo. The beach has a lifeguard on duty during the day. West-facing windows and lanai provide a gorgeous sherbet-colored Maui sunset every night. Walk a few steps across the street to the beach to see another breath-taking sunset view reflecting on the ocean. Add a picnic dinner and bottle of wine and romance is guaranteed! There are two swimming pools and gas grills at both pools. The lower pool also has vending machines and large tables and chairs for dining. There is WiFi at both pools/ BBQ areas. WiFi is provided in the unit. There are two smart TVs (with all current apps to stream your favorite memberships from); the living room TV also has basic cable. The couch folds out into a very comfortable (slightly larger than full/ slightly smaller than queen) bed. Black-out curtains are hung over the living room windows and sliding door to ensure restful sleep and a cool unit during the warm afternoons. The kitchen boasts all new stainless appliances, a gas stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, large French door refrigerator with in-door filtered water and ice maker, blender, insulated carafe coffee maker, rice maker, toaster, heavy duty steel pots and pans, and a range of other kitchen essentials. There is a new stacked washing machine and dryer in the unit. A small ironing board, iron, and two luggage racks are in the bedroom closet. A window AC unit, 2 ceiling fans, and 3 portable fans are provided. A refreshing cross breeze will come through the unit when all windows/ sliding doors are open (living room and bedroom) from sunset through mid-day. (AC/ fans and closed curtains are recommended to keep the unit comfortable during hot months from mid-day until sunset.) A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion (all toiletries are made in Hawaii and have tropical scents), laundry pods, dish-washing pods, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided. The grounds are guarded by security from 5 PM- 8 AM 365 days a year. The office is open daily from 8 AM- 4:30 PM (except Christmas day). There is a tennis/ pickle ball court on the property. Rackets and balls can be obtained at the office. The property has over 30 types of tropical trees and flowering bushes, including mango, banana, and avocado trees. Fresh fruit picked from the property is provided daily in the office depending on season and amount that is ripe, which varies. Check-in and check-out are very easy and secure. You will be provided a unique 4 digit key code to access the condo using a smart lock. Check in is 4 PM (or later, depending on your arrival, no time is too late) and check out is 10 AM. No two guests are given the same door code; no physical key is getting passed around among guests. A motion-activated video camera outside the door plus security guards on the premises gives peace of mind during your stay. ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE GRAND TOTAL: The grand total includes all accommodations taxes, all cleaning fees, all booking fees, basic cable, WiFi, and your own reserved parking stall.
