Newly renovated stylish holiday home with fabulous views across the Hauraki Gulf.  Located just minutes from Palm Beach and Oneroa Village, this is the perfect spot to base yourself for a fabulous family holiday.  It has a sunny north facing position, great indoor & outdoor living & dining areas, spa pool, flat lawn and trampoline for the kids.This idyllic property has plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. You enter into the large, welcoming, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.  The kitchen is well equipped for catering and has a dishwasher, large oven and nespresso machine.  There is a  relaxing living area, and a large dining tables indoor and out.  The room opens on 2 sides onto a wraparound deck, which gets all day sun - perfect for enjoying a BBQ and those fabulous views!  On the living level are the master king bedroom along with a family bathroom.Downstairs are three further bedrooms, as well as a TV snug with a sofa bed and a second bathroom.   Leading from this level is a an elevated wooden path which leads out into the native bush and bird watching platform. The house is located a few minutes drive from Oneroa and Onetangi Beaches, and overlooks Palm Beach.  You can walk from a path outside the house down through the fields to Palm beach.  Palm Beach is a lovely sandy beach, and has a 'locals favourite' cafe/restaurant Arcadia, a shop and a great kids playground.  This house makes holidays easy - and it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy all that Waiheke has to offer!Due to bedding configuration this property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, 9 if a family group.Each stay incurs a $220 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoyHeating - Heat Pump and Log BurnerMedia - large TV with Apple TV, plus a movie room downstairs with a large DVD library!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.A great spot for kids!.About customRules:Strictly no parties or functions. This cute bach has recently been renovated for comfort with an authentic twist. The house is ready for a wonderful holiday on stunning Waiheke Island. It has wrap around decks, with large, covered areas, so you can use the bbq anytime. Relax in mid-century style, mixed with contemporary highlights. Curl up on the couch and enjoy the eclectic book collection. Wander down the road to the famous Ostend market on Saturday mornings, walk the new Te Ara Hura walkway which goes straight past the bach, or enjoy some of the neighbourhood cafes. Bring or rent a car or bike for the short trip to any of the beautiful beaches - Palm Beach is only 5 minutes away by car.This is a simple house with a semi-rural outlook. It does not have a sea view, but the closest beach is a 5 minute stroll away. The cottage has its own off-road parking and sits on over half an acre of landscaped grounds, approx 30m from the main residence. A great base for a short stay or extended holiday on the island.Doing some work on the island? The bach has unlimited free UFB WIFI and we can offer black and white printing if you need it. Reasonable printing charges apply.We have a simple wall mounted TV with DVD and Chromecast, stream video from your mobile device or laptop, great for personal use, won't overwhelm the lounge.Available all year round, for short stays and longer holidays.
