Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 full bath home in a quiet neighborhood (Heritage Hills) adjacent to Botany Woods and within minutes to Downtown Greenville, Haywood Mall, Bob Jones University, Furman University, and countless restaurants and opportunities for nightlife. The home is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a 1 month+ stay, I’ll be happy to walk through the home with you before you book. Large fenced yard.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).Please ask me first..About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Put trash bin out to end of driveway on Wednesday evening. They come early Thursday to pick up..Upon checking out, put the thermostat on 75 in the warmer months and 64 in the colder months. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house.,Also at checkout, please run a load of dishes and towels/linens on your way out. Very nice house. Comfortable bed. Had a small issue with getting in as the opener had become disconnected. Finally was able to get in. Evidently a scheduling snafu with the cleaning company had happened. After contacting the owner, a cleaner was at the home in a short time. Other than those two (small) issues, the house was very nice. The owner was very appologetic and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Not for elderly or handicapped
House was very clean. Both shower floors were extremely slippery. I was very nervous for my husband who is still recovering from an extensive cardiac hospital stay to use the showers. Handrails are in place, but floors need attention. I also intended to bring my 2 small dogs, but was not aware of restriction on number of pets until after I had sent deposit.Also, the hot water knob in the master shower gets extremely hot to touch. Disappointed with these things, however I felt safe and was comfortable.

Great location for us living on the east side of Greenville
The property was as advertised. Good value and had all the extras we we're looking for. Always like to give a big thank you for these properties that allow dogs.

In town for funeral
Was the perfect location for us. Part of our party didn’t show but there was definitely enough room if they had. the area was quiet and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Visit Sister and go to Nieces baby shower
Everything was nice and clean. Only one suggestion, put non skids in tub. Very slippery!

Family visit
The place was just as advertised. The host got back to me with any questions. It was a beautiful neighborhood. We were there to visit family and would love to stay again

Great Location and Plenty of Space
The location of the house provides quick easy access to all of Greenville, Taylors and Greer. A 'must visit' spot is Bridge City Coffee conveniently located on Wade Hampton Blvd (5 mins from the house). While all of their grinds are refreshing ask for the beans that earned them Roaster of the Year.
While at the house there is an abundance of comfortable space to kick back and relax in a mature, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to prepare a meal. The fenced in yard is quite nice if fido is joining you on you visit.
