Baylor Grad Our family came to Waco for Baylor Graduation. We stayed here last year for a football game and jumped at it when we saw it was available for graduation weekend. Comfortable and nice place to stay for everything Baylor related.

Girls weekend stay We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located. The host answered our questions in a timely manner, was very responsive to our questions, and was very thoughtful during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit. Thanks, Davin!

Great apartment near Baylor campus The apartment was perfect for a weekend trip to Waco. It was nice to have parking in a gated lot. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Baylor activities In town for Baylor game and activities with students. Location was very easy and convenient for Baylor and everything else. Apartment was as described. Communication with hosts was excellent. Would stay again.

Peaceful & Clean Getaway We couldn't have been any happier with our stay here. It was clean and provided us with everything we needed to have a great stay. What truly made our stay was the host, Davin. He communicated with us throughout our stay and provided us with assistance with luggage and recommendations in the area. I'm a planner so when he sent us the guide with details on access, restaurants, things to do, I was in heaven. The apartment was styled so cute and it was in great proximity to everything we wanted to do. I hope that we were just as great to him with taking care of his place as he was to us. Thank you again, Davin. It was a pleasure being your guest.
