Grand Residence Inn, camere pulite e confortevoli (avevamo una suite da 2 posti letto). Siamo stati al terzo piano, a 2br, con vista sull'edificio ALICO e sui treni, un paio di persone che viaggiavano con la mia madre e i nostri due cani da tetto. (Sun - Mon séjour) La colazione giornaliera ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni: frutta fresca, cibi caldi (proteine), cereali, yogurt, farina di avena, caffè, tè, succhi. Post Covid-19 I protocolli di sicurezza alimentare sono molto soddisfacenti, anche se non così divertenti (non si può più fare le vostre waffle, ma hanno le ”confezionate” waffle che si può riscaldare ). La varietà di prodotti non lattiero-caseari (latte di pecora, latte di soia) è grande per una dieta intollerante al lattosio! Ci piace un buon colazione prima di andare a esplorare e questo Residence Inn ha riempito quel niche. Trovare l'ingresso all'Inn è stato un po' difficile a causa di tutta la costruzione in corso (may, 2022), - ma questo è un problema a breve termine. La posizione è un facile 4 isolati passeggiata al complesso Magnolia (se è dove stai andando). Tuttavia, si prega di avvertire - ci sono alcuni senzatetto nella zona di Silos e intorno al suo chiusura, forse perché la cucina dell'Armata di Salvazione e il terminale di autobus Greyhound sono nella stessa zona. Se viaggiate in numeri e solo sapete quando camminate, dovreste essere a posto. Sono presumibilmente un troll che viaggia verso/dal hotel e dalla zona immediata di Magnolia Silo, ma la costruzione può aver riorientato questo temporaneamente. In generale, restiamo qui quando visiteremo?

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times because of work and have been satisfied every time. The staff at check in & check out very friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. They had nice towels, not those paper thin kind. Room nice and spacious.

Un buon soggiorno in questo hotel ama il ristorante sul sito di colazione e cena portato a voi calde e fresche. Belle camere pulite. Il tubo caldo e la piscina d'acqua salata è bello dopo un lungo giorno di lavoro. Il personale è sempre così utile e amichevole. Questo è l'unico hotel a cui rimarrò quando sono nella zona Waco. Non posso andare male a stare qui

I never leave poor reviews but I felt I needed to this time. Our family stays in Holiday Inn’s all the time and all over the country. It is because this one was so below standard and our experience was so poor that I needed to let others know so they can made an informed decision on whether to stay at this hotel. When I booked our two rooms for multiple days I specifically asked if they had a pool. The representative making the reservation said yes there is a nice pool at this hotel. When we arrived there was a sign on the counter stating the pool was closed due to remodels. The clerk did say that we could use the pool at the hotel next door but it was an outdoor pool and it was February (45 degrees outside). We get to our rooms and in one room the tv did not work. They did finally move us but we wanted adjoining rooms because we were there as a family. After a long day of driving we all wanted a hot shower but the hotel has turned down the hot water in the bathtub and the water was barely warm. After my wife and daughter got out of the shower they made me turn up the heater because the shower made them so cold. BTW the sink had hot water. Lastly, see other review on the breakfast. The first morning we ate there but subsequent days we went out and paid for breakfast. The hotel looks nice and clean but has significant issues, especially at $130 a night.

UUtente ospiteFirstly let me say that all the staff were exceptionally nice during our 17 night stay and very helpful when required. Our main problem was that our room was not serviced regularly . We were eventually told that the rooms are not serviced until the 8th day ! (so if you stay for a week it will never be cleaned). As it happened we did not get a full service until day 12. This meant we had to collect our rubbish and towels and take them to reception for replacement.(on the 8th day we got a 'refresh' which did not mean a clean or vacuum) We were on holiday, spending a considerable amount of money to stay and were NOT TOLD WHEN WE BOOKED that this was company policy in such a long stay hotel. Being a clean and hygenic couple we had to buy cleaning products locally to keep our room in good order NOT what we expected to do on our holiday. I expect the excuse will be due to covid but by these dates covid was really not a problem locally and no one was masked up etc. We will have to look at other property on our next visit as this was extremely disappointing. As i said the staff were lovely but 'The Corporate ' must take the blame and review.

AAmy or Rob MWe had a top floor corner room overlooking the suspension bridge and river. A great spot and the rooms were quiet. The staff was phenomenal and we ate breakfast each day (a 3 night stay) in the restaurant and had no issues once we figured out the order cards and that you could change what you could order. A small oversite the first day, but we were quick on the draw. The location was great for walks and attraction, and most importantly FOOD. Some of the best restaurants are very close by. We loved it and would stay here again!

UUtente ospiteTutto, compresa la colazione, era eccezionale, tranne la piscina. Era dentro, piccolo, puzzava così tanto di cloro che nel momento in cui ci entravamo ci bruciava gli occhi. Non potevamo nemmeno sopportare di entrare in acqua. Nessuna ventilazione! Il mio suggerimento sarebbe di fare un'uscita per la ventilazione!

UUtente ospiteIn generale, mi piaceva molto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. Era proprio fuori dall'I35 e era a pochi passi dai punti caldi di Waco (Magnolia, Museo del dottor Pepper, centro). L’esterno dell’edificio mi ha reso un po’ incomoda, ma il personale era benvenuto e la stanza era grande!
