Khach San Muong Thanh Luxury Xuan Thanh

Motorbike tour of Vietnam with 2 friends. Been riding for 4 hours in extreme hot conditions so was looking forward to check in and then jump in the pool. My brother arrived 1 hr earlier and warned me the check in was difficult. My check in took 45minutes. Although friendly, reception staff displayed a level of incompetence I have not encountered before…and I am a businessman who travels a lot … atleast 6 months in a year o er past 25 years. My friend arriving with me experienced the same issue. We were the only people checking in and the hotel appeared to have no visible guests around. There were 5 employees behind the Check in desk. Although the hotel itself was nice, I would never stay here again.

Ok so I have very mixed feelings about my stay here. It was odd. This is a magnificent oceanfront hotel in the middle of nowhere and it’s apparently almost completely void of guests the majority of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This place is massive. The common area could easily entertain 1000+ people; I think that’s a low estimate. There is a huge breakfast area that was empty the four days I was there. I will say management needs to get their act together. With an empty hotel there is no excuse for everything to be immaculate and it wasn’t. The one table I chose to sit at for lunch day 1, I chose for the view of the beach and it was dirty. Someone previous had chosen the same table for the same reason, made a mess and the staff just left it. I spent four days with these people and they have great attitudes for the most part; friendly, enthusiastic but supervision was nonexistent which is ridiculous because I know they were in the building. The epitome of overstaffed. Everywhere you looked was a sharp dressed supervisor or manager doing. . . nothing. At one point in the dining room I called out the wait staff because I placed an order and it never arrived; no explanation, no food and the waiter apparently went on break. Now unfortunately this a predominantly Vietnamese speaking hotel and I speak English; google translate was used constantly by myself and most employees. When I ordered food I was never sure what would arrive but I ate some pretty good food here.

I’m being generous with 4 stars because there are some good people here but honestly I would be surprised if this place is still open this time next year. It’s a massive, I mean absolutely huge but empty oceanfront hotel; fully staffed (over staffed) but the employees outnumber the guests by at least 10-1.; probably 20-1 on any given day. No one comes here. There is nothing to do in the immediate area. Because of lack of clientele there is a lack of food. The buffet breakfast has been scrapped, understandable so and many menu items aren’t available. The dining room staff is poorly trained which tells me the dining room supervisor is also, manager etc. Their performance was really a sad struggle; clueless. When I ordered something and the “chef” said “we don’t have” it was never communicated to me; my server went on break. I don’t think it’s a cultural thing but rather management here is just awful. There’s plenty of them here, standing around, attending meetings; it was a horror movie come to life. There were some standout individuals that went above and beyond to help me reach my next destination when transport became an issue. These people deserve better positions somewhere else. Run while you can. You never know when you’re going to get the “axe;; whether Jack’s carrying it or not . . . Can not recommend. Sorry. I’m doing you a favor.

Khách sạn đẹp với bãi biển riêng. Phòng sạch sẽ và được dọn 2 lần 1 ngày. Đặc biệt nhân viên dọn phòng tôi ( tên Thùy, Hiền) rất tận tình. Gần khách sạn có sân golf, quảng trường và cả khu nhà hàng hải sản địa phương cách khách sạn khoảng 1km. Recommend!

1 cảm giác thư giãn và thoải mái mái đến MS Mường Thanh Xuân Thành. Nơi đây khách sạn sát bãi biển thoại thoải xinh đẹp và yên tĩnh. Nhân viên thân thiệt, gặp bạn Thùy nv buồng rất hòa nhã và hỗ trợ đoàn chúng tôi, để lại trong tôi ấn tượng sâu sắc. Nếu có dịp sẽ quay trở lại nơi đây.

Kính chào ks Mường Thanh Luxury Xuân Thành. Đây là lần đầu tiên gia đình tôi đến ks này. Thật sự quá tuyệt vời. Ksan đẹp, sạch sẽ và nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình. Cảm ơn bạn Thuỳ bộ phận Buồng đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi trong tgian nghĩ dưỡng. Bạn vui vẻ và rất hoà đồng. Chúng tôi sẽ ghé lại ksan trong lần du lịch tới. Thank!

Chúng tôi tới đây cùng gia đình và đoàn. Sau chuyến hành trình dài nghỉ ngơi, đoàn đã chọn xuân thành làm điểm dừng chân nơi đây. Bên khách sạn thì còn có sân golf. Xung quanh khách sạn rất yên bình. Trong khách sạn có bể bơi vô cực, trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.

Khách sạn đẹp và ând tượng với lối kiến trúc mở bao trọn bãi biển. Không cần xô bồ hay bon chen, 1 bãi biển dài cát trắng đẹp vô cùng. Rất phù hợp với những ai muốn chữa lành. Ăn sáng ngon, tuy hơi đông nhưng cũng ok. Các dịch vụ khác tốt, nhân viên thân thiện

Mường Thanh Luxury Xuân Thành là 1 trong những khách sann mà tôi rất hài lòng về dịch vụ và phòng nghỉ.Team lễ tân rất ok và chăm sóc khâch tốt.Dăc biet là bann Linh .tôi sẽ quay lại kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hihihihi
