L'hotel è situato sulla strada Ba Cu, a piedi da Bai Pre, c'è un negozio di crema di burro molto buono vicino, lungo la strada. La reception è entusiasta e amichevole; la guardia di sicurezza è estremamente carina. This newly renovated (or renamed) hotel was lovely. It’s close to some small squares, parks, lots of local restaurants, and a small beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of selection. The swimming pool was amazing. I loved the comfortable bed and the bathtub.

This is The place to stay in Vung Tau, best location available, first class facilities with welcoming and friendly staff. The only fault if it’s worth mentioning is that the fabric upholstery throughout the suite could do with a steam clean.
I was upgraded both times I stayed to ocean front with amazing views. The pool on the rooftop is as good as it gets.

Ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno all'Oyster Bay Hotel. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente amichevole e ha reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. Credo che questo hotel sia un po' sottovalutato e merita più ospiti. Desidero che tu abbia successo e crescita!
L'unica cosa che ho trovato un po' di sconvenienza è l'acqua calda, che richiede molto tempo per riscaldare, che può essere frustrante.
Un'altra cosa da aggiungere è che la scelta di progettare un muro di vetro tra la camera da letto e la camera da bagno con una cortina è interessante e potrebbe funzionare bene per un giovane coppia, ma non è certamente adatto per una famiglia con bambini. La tenda non era abbastanza opaca, quindi se la luce del bagno era accesa, non aveva alcuna privacy, quindi dovremmo andare a doccia con la luce. Penso sia importante informare gli ospiti di questo e evitare di assegnare queste camere alle famiglie con bambini.
A parte questo, tutto è stato fantastico. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno!

This is my fourth time returning to Pullman Vung Tau, and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed. The facilities have deteriorated without any renovation or upgrades. In the bathroom, fixtures are broken and left unrepaired, with exposed wiring visible. The air conditioning unit is incredibly loud (only stops when set below 25°C and fan at level 3, which is puzzling). The room carries a heavy smoke odor, which I had to report to reception for remediation. Additionally, there's a musty smell near the bedside table. I hope the hotel management reconsiders its operations. I stayed in room 402 from April 28th to 30th, 2024. Thanks.

It is 100m from the beach and close to the center of Vung Tau City, seafood restaurants and supermarkets are also very close to the building. Guests here will have free use of the rooftop swimming pool on the 36th floor (closed every Tuesday for maintenance) and the children's water park on the 5th floor (closed every Wednesday for maintenance)
The apartment has a kitchen and cooking spices like at home, a washing machine, laundry soap and a drying rack.

Eccellenti appartamenti, ci sono tutto quello che ti serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Cucina, lavastoviglie, comodo letto, grande balcone. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e accoglienti a casa. Ci siamo stati un piacevole soggiorno. All'inizio abbiamo affittato l'appartamento per 2 giorni, ma poi prolungato per un'altra settimana.
L'unico svantaggio, ma questo non vale per gli appartamenti, ma piuttosto è un svantaggio del complesso appartamento - solo pochi elevatori e non un sistema abbastanza conveniente di loro funzionamento. A volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo per l'ascensore per scendere. Anche, dalle miniere, c'è un sacco di persone nell'edificio. La piscina era sempre piena di persone, ma credo sia dovuta alla celebrazione del TET.
In generale, abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza, vorremmo tornare qui.

The building is new and clean as well as the room. The staff is nice and quick response. The only issue is the room with the very very very strong bad smell. The smell cannot disappear with opening doors and AC. I guess the smell from the mattress. It's not friendly for noise sensitive people.

Excellent hotel located very near bien sau (back beach) which is usually where people go to swim in the sea. Unfortunately, at this trip, the beach was closed for a very long stretch due to improvement and construction works.

TTracynguyen2412Ho prenotato 3 camere doppie deluxe con vista sul mare per 2 notti per celebrare il mio compleanno con amici. Ho ricevuto il benvenuto dalla signora Duyen (Assistant Guest Relations Manager), la signora Chi Receptionist e il signor Vinh Bellman. La signora Duyen ci ha aiutato a organizzare la nostra stanza con una bella vista e mi ha sorpreso con i biscotti. La signora Chi ha fatto un check-in per noi molto veloce e professionale. Il signor Vinh ci ha aiutato a consegnare tutti i bagagli pesanti nelle nostre stanze e a chiamare la macchina elettrica per noi. Grazie anche al direttore del FB Hoang per averci curato del colazione.Il nostro soggiorno è stato così piacevole a Mercure Vung Tau. E ci piace davvero molto il nostro soggiorno per loro.
Ma c'è un piccolo problema che ho fatto prenotazioni su trip.com per il mio soggiorno 22-24Dec, ma il mio calendario di lavoro è stato modificato, quindi ho contattato la signora Trang Lam Reservation per sostenere il cambiamento a 20-22Dec, lei mi ha chiesto di contattare trip.com. Dopo aver contattato trip.com, mi hanno aiutato a contattare l'hotel di nuovo per cambiare. A volte, so se entrambe le parti sono d'accordo a cambiare, posso cambiare anche se la mia politica di prenotazione non mostra alcun cambiamento. Ma trip.com ha detto che l'hotel non è d'accordo a cambiare. E le ho chiesto una soluzione che potessi pagare più per cambiare o no, mi ha appena inviato un'e-mail con prezzo di camera per 20-22Dec, non mi ha detto che posso cancellare la vecchia prenotazione per fare una nuova prenotazione o no. As it was her birthday, when I made the reservation I asked the hotel for a room with a good view, if possible, since it was her birthday. We got a room with a great view, and even received a surprise cake at breakfast.
She was very happy, and so was I.
It was a very friendly hotel, and I would like to stay here again.

Хорошее расположение, из окон открывается вид на горы или море, с бассейна красивый вид на море, у нас был номер с ванной, те кто любят поваляться в теплой ванне, оценят комфорт и открывающийся из окна вид.
Весь персонал отеля, как на подбор, обо всем расскажут, подскажут как провести время, дадут велосипеды покататься по окрестностям, из ресторана красивый вид, неплохие завтраки и очень хороший кофе, все очень милые и любезные, люди которые вас окружают, заряжают позитивом.
Рекомендую поужинать в ресторане отеля на закате, красивый вид и обязательно попробуйте фирменный салат из фруктов в корзиночке 😍

大大黃貓My friends and l stayed in Vung tau for leisure. The reason why we pick up this hotel is the location, reasonable price and the deep understanding of what core value of a budget hotel in a tourism city should provide to the customers.
The location is great. It is closed to the beach and Jesus status in a walking distance. It is also closed to some wonderful restaurants.
The price is reasonable. It deserved the price in terms of room facilities and breakfast. A budget hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop faces the beautiful sea and beach. Breakfast is great as well
A comfortable bed and strong hot water in the showering room are the most important things for me. Ibis is doing great job.
I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for balance among budget, safety, comfort and convenience

FFaith junWe went as a family of 4 pax but once we reach the spa . There were only 3 person working but there were at least 4 or more rooms. The dinner voucher was not good at all . Paid 599k but there are actually nothing much to eat we still must order alacarte instead. But overall the rooms are pretty clean. Just the buffet part needs to be improved
