Buon hotel. Molto grande e forse dispersivo. Per raggiungere alcune camere bisogna camminare a lungo. Ottimi i servizi. Grande parcheggio. Buono ristorante.

Buon hotel in posizione abbastanza comoda. Si raggiunge il centro di 's-Hertogenbosch in 10/15 minuti di bus Parcheggio gratuito, belle camere, bagno grande Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ma me ne hanno parlato bene Non abbiamo consumato la colazione in hotel perché €16.50 mi sembrano onestamente troppi

The rooms were OK - but they all have a "pump assisted" doors, so if you are a light sleeper it's best to bring ear plugs. Restaurant was mediocre - the meat and fish were ok good, but overcooked greens can be expected. They cooperate with some amateur Taxi company (forgets order / unmarked car) so book your own taxi at +31 73 333 33 33 to save yourself some hassle. The one really good thing about this hotel is the Fitness & Spa club - great place!

We stayed for one night only and upon arrival discovered that we needed a car repair service immediately and as we were not familiar with the area was very pleased that we were helped by the receptionist Milou who helped us get a garage for our car , arranged a local dinner reservation and a taxi . She was incredibly helpful and friendly and resourceful . The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent . Overall a great experience.

Very clean, friendly hotel with plenty of staff. Best thing is that it's a perfect example of a state-of-the-art 70s hotel that has been kept up to date. It's a bit like when luxury was a rarity only afforded by toffs. The food was astonishingly speedy, and what some staff lacked in experience, they made up for in enthusiasm. Milou especially on reception was a friendly, smiley soul

Special mention to Pepyn at the restaurant , who assisted us during dinner with unusual pro activity and care. Rooms are clean and wide , service is good and people are nice and available for advices . I surely recommend the hotel and the restaurant

Thank you to the lovely lady with blonde hair (apologies for not catching your name) who was so friendly and welcomed us. She was always helpful when we had any questions and welcomed our 2 lovely little dogs. Room was nice with door access to car park and helpful when we needed to go out with our dogs. The cleaning staff were also so friendly and professional. Breakfast had a really good variety including gliten free options. Lunch was also delicous and I would recommend the sharing is caring dinner option which had a great yummy selection to share. The staff were so nice and really welcomed our doggies also. We will be back again in a few week's.

Second time staying at this hotel and was still impressed by the staff and the service. The food in the restaurant is excellent - we had 3 meals there and despite being busy the meals came out quickly and to a very high standard. Our room was big and very spacious and we had complimentary wifi access which worked well. Breakfast Buffet had a good selection and catered to all dietary requirements. We had drinks and snacks in the Piano bar on our last evening and really enjoyed the atmosphere there. Reception staff went out of their way to assist us as we arrived without luggage due to the airline misplacing it - they helped organise a taxi for us so I could do some shopping in town and were very helpful in advising us that our bag had arrived when the airline delivered it to the hotel. The only very slight negative is there seemed to be a lack of communication with the housekeeping staff, we did opt to have no housekeeping for our stay and the first day they came to our room 3 times, the 3rd time entering without knocking, and the second day they came twice despite us having the do not disturb on the door - not a complaint but I just think a miscommunication problem.
