Carefree beach vacation!
This gorgeous third floor condo has everything you need for a great New Smyrna Beach experience. The building the condo is in is the closet one to the beach path reserved for Oceanwalk residents and guests. The path leads to a beautiful area of the "no drive" beach. The building is also right next to one of two clubhouses, each with a pool and exercise facilities. As you enter the condo, you will immediately feel the high ceilings and open floor plan. The tile entrance leads to the dining and living areas as well as the kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and real wood cabinets. A large breakfast bar with bar stools makes a great centralized conversation area. Large sliding glass doors in the living room lead to roomy balcony with a beautiful partial view of the ocean! The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony as well. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, a standing shower, granite-top vanity and double sinks. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, plus another bed. There is an in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer.
The gated Oceanwalk condominium complex includes:
• Two recreation centers (one recently remodeled) with furnishings, kitchens, fitness centers, restrooms with showers, a sauna and a theater room
• Two heated pool complexes with hot tubs, furniture, grills and fencing
• Two lighted tennis courts
• Two shuffleboard courts
• Basketball court
• Half-mile raised wood nature walk in the adjacent estuary that wraps around the back of the complex
• Dune walkover directly in front of the building this unit is located in, with a shower and concrete walkway to a no-drive beach (some stairs, not handicap accessible, but other public beach access parks a short drive away do have ramps)
• Ten acres of extensive landscaping
• Four acres of natural vegetation
• Four ponds covering 1.5 acres plus four fountains
• Security guard
The condo complex does have security cameras in various locations on the complex grounds, which may include the common pool and hot tub areas.

Wonderful Stay!
Fantastic Condo and owner has excellent communication. Location is directly across the street from the private beach access, and ocean views from the condo. Recreation center with pool directly behind the building. Well stocked kitchen, snacks and paper products provided. Will definitely stay again! We love NSB!

Ideal beach getaway!
The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. It had all the amenities as described and we loved how close to the pool and the beach! Mark was very helpful and responded right away. Overall a 10/10 , can’t wait to return again!

Wonderful condo, host & location
Everything as advertised and more! Mark is a great host and the condo is exactly as shown and described. Super easy access to the beach and great complex. Our family of four had a wonderful 10 day stay! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks.the condo had everything we needed and more.the owner even had some snacks for a treat.condo was very clean and it matched what we seen pictures of.

Palm Trees, Beach, and Relaxation
Perfect location across from the ocean. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. Mark was a great host, everything was easy and everyone who lives / works at Oceanwalk was friendly and kind.

Our home away from home!
It has taken me two weeks to officially accept that we are back home and vacation is over. We absolutely love our annual NSB trip every summer! This was our 7th year at Oceanwalk.. and our 2nd time staying at Mark’s condo.. we will never stay anywhere else! I’m already ready to book 2-3 weeks next year! From his snacks and drinks he has waiting for you when you walk in from that long drive to his kind texts to check in during our stay to see how we are doing and if we need anything, you can’t go wrong. It makes such a difference renting from the owner versus a company. My parents visit as well and stay in a different unit each time and their experience is never as easy and laid back as ours. Something is always wrong and takes so long to be fixed. For reference our kids are 7 and 9.. the bunk bed room has been a hit two years in a row. Also, a huge bonus is the location from the condo to the beach walk access! You will see!

Beach Life
We enjoyed our stay at Mark's condo. He was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The complex has great amenities and it's a quick easy walk to the beach.
