Don't let the name Days Inn make you think this place is lower quality, but the opposite. The staff and management take pride in making sure things are kept up and the guests have an enjoyable visit. Stayed for three nights in Room 606, 2 Beds Oceanfront Efficiency. Perfect views from the balcony to watch the sun rise and enjoy watching the waves crash below on the beach. Saw no bugs of any kind and the room was spotless. Had an issue with the sliding door being hard to open, but being subject to salty ocean air, things happen. I mentioned to the manager at the front desk and explained that they might want to get someone up there at some point to take a look at it, wasn't expecting it to be resolved in less than 5 minutes. He immediately called maintenance and they were up to my room within 30 seconds after I got back up to my room and were there to fix it. 15 minutes later, door sliding easy like it was new. Used the parking garage below the hotel, while not overly big, was perfect for keeping car out of the sun all day, even a vacuum to sweep out your car if you wanted to. Hot tub was still being constructed from what I had heard had been taken out during a hurricane. Pool was plenty big and the there were plenty other ways to have fun and relax. Definitely will return in the future and highly recommended. Even got points from Wyndham Rewards for a future stay.

Il signore DeWayne, il tipo di servizio frontale al check-in, ci ha salutati molto bene. La stanza è comoda e fatta per molte piacevoli soggiorni notturni. E 'il più recente hotel all'uscita e il servizio clienti è grande in generale. Il colazione è fantastico. Corey il colazione è anche piacevole; aperto fino alle 10:00. In generale un hotel ben gestito. Tutti i membri del personale erano eccezionali in generale. Ci saremo di nuovo.

MMama CheetahWe ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean.
Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable.
My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped.
Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days.
I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

The shores is simply the best! It’s always a pleasure to stay here! The staff is excellent, the food is always wonderful and it’s immaculately clean! Dominic was our valet, he was professional, friendly and helpful. We were served champagne at check-in and offered s’mores every night!! The food is amazing, we ate at the pool tiki bar, fun atmosphere and wonderful bar tenders . Our room was cleaned everyday fresh towels & coffee/water restocked. Never had to ask for a thing!! We stayed after a bad storm rolled through and they handled it with class. Always our first choice when visiting Daytona !

Dopo avermi accolto, ho trovato la donna che ci ha accolti per essere meno piacevole, ma forse aveva un brutto giorno. Assicurati di portare solo 1 veicolo per auto perché sono molto rigorosi a questa regola. Il parcheggio è ridicolomente piccolo, ma abbiamo fatto funzionare. La stanza è stata aggiornata e, sebbene non fosse indicata nella descrizione della stanza che aveva un forno, aveva due bruciatori di superficie piatta sul contore che era grande. La stanza dei bambini non ha porta, quindi se questo disturbo porta una foglia. Il bagno doveva essere pulito meglio perché il bagno era impuro soprattutto all’esterno intorno al fondo. Il balcone è bello e grande che mi piaceva, ma mi piacerebbe meglio quando ho chiesto un livello superiore mi hanno messo sopra il livello 2. Le piscine sono belle, la piscina esterna è più piccola della piscina interna. Le strutture sono buone, hanno cornhole, golf, shuffleboard (tutto quello che ho notato). Le bagni esterne sono belle e comode perché sono vicini alle piscine / piazze. Prenotare un'altra stanza qui?Sì, immagino.Oh, il bar Tiki ha anche bevande a buon prezzo.

KKaitlyn F9/6/24-9/7/24 The first impression of this hotel was the front desk staff when I walked in. No emotion, no ”Hello” very cold and not helpful whatsoever. I had to approach and ask to be checked in. The first room they gave us... there was mold all over the ceiling - a random odd hole in the ceiling above the bathtub surrounded by black growing mold. The carpet was wet all throughout the room. There was dust CAKED up on the A/C grate and the whole room wreaked of mold and humidity to the point it was hard to breathe. I went back down and ran into a maintenance man in the elevator - who was very helpful and nice (the only reason I gave a 4 for the staff and not a 1) He took me to the front desk and demanded them to give me a different room - as the man that was cold to begin with whispered to the maintenance gentleman asking him if he could go clean one of the rooms as ”we don't have anyone else to do it”.. And didn't say anything to me just slammed a card on the desk and the maintenance man spoke for him and apologized and took me up to the other room to check it out. It was better, but still... the carpets were wet, the room was musty and smelled like mold, just a little less and somewhat bearable than the first room. The mold on the ceilings were covered with white paint, and we were only staying one night - was already 5 o clock and had to get my kids dinner so I said this one is at least better than the first, its fine. But, let me tell you... It was so hard to breathe in there at night, we had to go out on the balcony in the middle of the night from waking up from the humidity. We finally just left the balcony door open so we could breathe. And finally.... the next day, we requested a late check out. I called the front desk and spoke to a women 9/7/24 at around 8am... she said they could give me until 1:30pm without having to charge me. Around 11:30am that same women called up to the room while my kids were taking their nap to ask if we wanted to extend our stay because we had not checked out yet. My husband said no.... you gave us late check out. She proceeded to argue with my husband and told him that they don't even offer late check out and we had to be out by 12 if we didn't want to be charged for another night. I went down to the desk after that and spoke with whom appeared to be a manager and said the women told us we could have until 1:30, after some back and forth of the previous conversation from that morning, he said that is okay we can have until 1:30.. House keeping came twice from 11:45 - 1:15 to see when we were leaving, we had to tell her they gave us until 1:30, she said they didnt tell her that. They also turned the keys off at 11 so I had to have my husband let me back in the room.. while checking out, I told the manager that maintenance gave us breakfast cards and to take the breakfast rate which I selected off my bill. After some back and forth about that - he finally found that he was able to remove the breakfast rate. I a

Neanche dove alla porta dove si dice che doveva pagare 40 dollari per notte per parcheggiare. E' ridicolo, dopo che hai passato tanto per la stanza. Il tempo di aspettare per arrivare all'hotel era pazzesco e la linea era tutta la strada. La posizione era grande, era sulla spiaggia, ma queste questioni e per essere un Hilton era terribile. I lavoratori erano tutti carini, ma l'hotel stesso era orribile. Non rimarrà.

Le camere erano buone dimensioni ma HOT. Doveva comprare un fan per dormire. Le unità AC non funzionano come dovrebbero. Il fan del bagno non fa il suo lavoro. Doveva fare la doccia con la porta aperta per respiro. Le porte non sigillano così per permettere ancora più aria calda in una stanza già calda. Se la mia stanza non fosse stata prepagata, sarei andata via dopo la prima notte. Eravamo miserabili cercando di dormire. Questa LqQuinta non vive fino a quanti ho soggiornato negli anni. Molto deluso!

Took a trip during spring break, my bad. Looking for a place to spend 2 nights ocean front that would not cost an arm and a leg. Happened to mention this while at a local shop/store and the lady at the establishment suggested we try Chateau Mar Beach Resort. So glad we did. We had an ocean front room for under $80 a night. As I mentioned earlier we were at the beach during spring break so yes, it was loud at night but when we turned on the fan it helped to drowned out the noise and we slept. The bed was comfortable, had seating inside and outside of room to dine at should we desire, also had a regular size refrigerator. The water pressure was acceptable. For the money I think we lucked out. This is an older place so if you want all of the bells and whistles this is not for you. If you want a nice place to lay down your head at night, have a coffee right outside your door this is the place. This place is on the beach, what more can you ask for:) Would definately stay here again.

Econolodge in Sorrocco was very clean with friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms have been remodeled. Breakfast type and variety was excellent as was the woman serving breakfast. Highly recommend it!
