The apartment is located in the "Borgo Collevicchi", has been recently refurbished, in full respect of the typical features typical of Tuscany, with the addition of modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet and WIFI. The apartment is immersed in the green Tuscan hills, in a very quiet residence with all amenities, including a swimming pool available for all apartments. It is located on the 1st floor and has independent entrance. The apartment is also near the village of Lajatico, where there is the famous THEATER OF SILENCE (also visible from the pool area) where many times a year are performed concerts of Bocelli; The actual distance to the apartment from the theater is only 5 km (10 minutes by car). Interaction with guests I will personally receive all the guests at every weekly change and will be available on the cellphone for any need. Our "Pinturicchio" apartment is part of the imposing stone farmhouse of the Borgo.
