"De Feerjenhusen" (the holiday homes) are 500 m behind the sea dike. Only 7 minutes on foot and you are at my favorite place - the bank at the DLRG house - and watch the red sun sink into the sea.In Vollerwiek, a small agricultural and tourist village with DLRG guarded swimming area and beach chairs in summer and the bike path at the foot of the green dike along the Eider barrier to St. Peter-Ording with a view of the North Sea, experience the pure beauty of North Friesland.Arrive, switch off, let your mind wander, soak up the vastness of the mudflats, relax, recharge your own battery.If you like it more lively, you will find entertainment nearby. It is located on the ground floor of Feerjenhuus I, which was completed in 2007, has three bedrooms and will be completely renovated in winter 2020. They open the door to a contemporary, friendly apartment with beamed ceilings that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The underfloor heating under the tiles and the fire in the fireplace provide cozy warmth in the spacious living room. Opposite the dining area, the red leather seating group invites you to relax.
