Third stay in Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel after 2 years was good. Everything works well. From our last stay som little changes were made which makes services better. Staff friendly, works hard in high temperatures. Food good. Good choise and options. Sea was fantastic. Room in side wing was spacious, daily cleaned. Limak is always good choice for us

We stayed for a week with a 15 years old daughter and we all loved being there, there are great shows, live music and lots of activities every day and night, especially guest relations Songül, restaurant chief Erkan and housekeeper Dilek made us feel home

Limak hotel is very Nice and beautiful. All the personel are very hospitable and kind. We are very satisfied With entertainment program. Bar personel Are really professional like IMAN , he makes a good coffee. Also we met him at the poolbar, he makes a good cocktail as well. Thanks to the bar manager for these kind of personel, Mr.SERKAN

We have visited this resort four times now, but I must say that the quality of service has gradually declined over the years, which is a major disappointment for us. Our experience was full of issues from the very beginning of our stay. In one room, there was only one nightstand and absolutely no place to store belongings. After several requests to the Customer Relations department, we still didn’t receive a shelf or any other solution. The second room had the same problem with the lack of a nightstand by the double bed, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. This issue was only resolved on the third day after we sent a complaint to the delegate, following our initial request to the hotel’s customer relations. For four people, we were provided with only three blankets, and the fourth was only delivered after repeated requests. Even though we asked for it, toiletries in the bathroom of our family room were replenished only for two people. Daily intervention at the reception was necessary. Another concerning issue was the hygiene in the bars and restaurants. The cloth used to wipe tables was carried on the same tray as the glasses and dishes and was used on multiple tables without being rinsed. After wiping a table, the cloth was often just set aside, and table settings were placed without further care. This led us to conclude that hygiene standards were very low. Evening table settings in the restaurants were completely absent. In a five-star hotel, we expect fabric tablecloths and proper settings, not just a simple cloth pretending to be a tablecloth. Another major disappointment was the need to constantly follow up on every request. In a five-star hotel, I did not expect that requesting the replacement of a dirty blanket would result in returning to the room after an evening program only to find that the old blanket had been removed but a new one had not been provided. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who tried to make up for the declining services year after year. I would particularly like to commend the restaurant manager, Omar, who went out of his way to ensure that everything was provided for our gluten-free son, including securing a Magnum ice cream from a nearby supermarket, as it was the only gluten-free option available and not part of the regular ice cream counter offerings. In conclusion, although this was our fourth vacation here, we must acknowledge that the declining quality of services cannot be compensated by the friendly and helpful staff, who, fortunately, still make up the majority of the team.

Iman makes a very good coffee at the coffee shop. Super refreshing after a hot day in the sun. I really recommend the iced latte with vanilla syrup. Iman and his colleagues were very friendly and helpful. I have yet to try the other coffees but I’m sure they are very good also.

Excelent service. Beach is wonderful, only I am not sure if it is so good in full season, with a lot of people. Rooms are very clean, with a lot of space, each one has a balcony. Beds are quite comfortable. Although every evening there was a concert within the resort lasting till midnight, if the door was closed it was not loud in the room. Hallways and elevators are like a laburynth, but its possible to get used. Food is excellent, mixture of local and international dishes, with local specialties. Salads are marvelouss. In the bars you can get all the international drinks and cocktails. Turkish coffee is perfect! On the beach you can get as many towels as you need, drinks, nuts, pringles... Perhaps it is not so well organized during full season, but in May it is great! I would recommend it to all those looking for an early summer vacation break im May.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Limak. The room was spacious. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff around the hotel are so helpful. The facilities for families are amazing from the beach, water park to the kids club there was plenty to do. The food choices were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would visit again. Its one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
