Fantastic location, modern and clean hotel. More important the service was outstanding .. nice to see the family that owns the hotel as well work in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Covered Parking with direct access to hotel ( 1 min walk) and you are inside the hotel lobby.

We stayed here end July 2023 while visiting the Black Forest region including Europa Park. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. Booked 2 rooms. Great hotel. Breakfast basic but enough to start the day. Very clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Just round the corner there is a pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Well done!!

We spent three nights at this lovely, relaxing hotel. We were a group of fifteen on a motorcycle tour of the Black Forest and could not have been made to feel more welcome. It is family run and owned and that was very evident. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and spacious, with a fabulous shower room and nice toiletries . There is small bar and terrace area and a cosy lounge with free coffee and excellent cake. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and included scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt and delicious breads. For bikers, the parking is just perfect; secure and safe and on the same level as reception. The area has many nice restaurants and is a perfect base to explore the Black Forest. Thank you to the lovely owners and staff for a wonderful stay.

I was touring the area with friends, this hotel was used for three nights. Customer service from initial reception through to departure was excellent. My room was lovely, vehicle safe in the covered car park, very handy for the town itself. Breakfast - great choice and high quality. Good sauna, gym facility (I did not use) Stuart

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. We had room 417 which was pretty big. Coffie and tea maker available and very good quality of beds. Smart tv available, you could connect via chromecast. Sauna also available and we booked this twice. Coffee and cake free of charge in the bar during whole day. And the most important, people are so very friendly ... it's amazing !! Breakfast was very good. Lokation in the center.

Top Lage. Das Parkhaus liegt beim Hotel und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Hotelempfang. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Ausgezeichnet waren die Freundlichkeit des Personals (inzwischen keine Selbstverständlichkeit) und das Frühstück. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement, celles du 19 mars et du 22. Côté cour le 19; côté rue (plus agréable) le 22. Nous avons été "emballé" par ce séjour en 2 temps. Situation au coeur de la ville, comme son nom l'indique; facilité d'accès; parking couvert sécurisé (5 €); accueil souriant; chambres bien équipées dont une machine à café; petit-déjeuner copieux avec indication de provenance des produits; personnel disponible et attentif; architecture d'intérieur contemporaine. Le tout pour 99 € !

Erster positiver Eindruck bei der Anreise: Direkt vor der Tür zu Rezeption gibt es im Parkhaus reservierte Parkplätze zu annehmbarem Preis Die Dame am Empfang: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, unsere Extrawünsche waren bereits erledigt. Die Vorschläge für das Abendessen waren alle gut. Das Haus: Modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer großzügig und sauber, aber leider ohne Klimanlage, was bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen unangenehm war. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und vielfältig, es wird ständig nachgelegt, auch hier wurden Sonderwünsche mit einem Lächeln entgegengenommen und sofort erledigt.
