Hotel nuovo, molto bello e arredato con stile, non ho dato 5 stelle per la scelta di mettere il lavabo nella stanza come fosse un comodino, scelta indubbiamente di stile, ma assolutamente non pratica. Pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante e varia, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, grande piacere sentire il personale di sala parlare italiano. Hotel da consigliare.

Comoda location per visitare la Foresta Nera, hotel pulito e curato ma manca un frigobar in camera. Bella accoglienza per il nostro cane (molto educato) che ha avuto accesso anche al ristorante. Ristorante buono senza lode ma con piena soddisfazione

Stayed there for one night in a superior room. Decided to take this room because of the bed size as most of the beds in the other rooms only have a width of 160 cm which is for 2 adults rather small. Rooms are nice and clean. BUT: for the staff there is a lot space to improve. They are NOT friendly and NOT helpful. Got the feeling that no-one in this hotel has an education in the hotel or restaurtant business. I think they really need to be trained better, because this is a real drawback.

The place is very stylish and the food is quite good, especially at breakfast. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The shower is not located in an isolated room but facing the room with transparent glass. This is a very awkward situation. The sink was near the bed. The beds are the worst part. The mattresses are amongst the worst I slept on including the army. It felt like sleeping on a water bed. I was told that these are the mattresses in all the rooms.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal auch im hauseigenen Restaurant. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und das Frühstück mehr als üppig. In wenigen Minuten ist man zur Neckarquelle, die im Bundesgartenschaugelände liegt, spaziert.

wir haben eine Suite gebucht für 2 Nächte Aussicht super Zimmer perfekt ( 37 qm ) Badewanne inkl. dusche 2 Bildschirme ( 50 Zoll ) für uns gute Erholung Frühstück mehr als wir erwartet haben Nachtessen war gut und preislich in Ordnung personal sehr freundlich

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Hund über die Ostertage zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war äußerst angenehm und sehr entspannt. Es fing schon an der Reception an: der Receptionist war sehr freundlich , entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. So sollte es eigentlich immer sein. Das Zimmer ( Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung ) war ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht,- die große bodenbündige Dusche sehr schön. Das Frühstück überzeugt auf ganzer Linie- es fehlt an nichts - alles wird früh genug wieder nachgeliefert und war für mich ein toller Start in den neuen Tag. Dieses Hotel kann man absolut empfehlen- beim nächsten Besuch in dieser Region werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker und trotzdem sehr günstig. 11€ für eine große und sehr leckere Pizza ist schon stark. Zudem ist alles sehr sauber. Die Bewertung muss mind. 200 Zeichen haben, deshalb dieser Satz...

Tolles stylisches Hotel mit herzlichem Personal und herausragendem Service. Ob ein bequemer Parkplatz in der Hotelleitungen Tiefgarage, oder ein herausragendes Abendessen in der Lounge. Extraklasse-und jederzeit gerne wieder. 👍👍👍👍
