Great place for relaxation! Friendly and helpful staff. Facility to rent a car also from the hotel. Nice food and near to the beach! Not far from Rethymno city center which is a magical place with a lot of fine restaurants and bars! Perfect aura and atmosphere!!

I stayed in this amazing place for just three days beginning . What I liked most in this hotel was this positive aura feeling that you can feel everywhere, in the room, the gardens, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the beach. Must be the friendly people there. The all inclusive drinks choice is very moderate without much alcohol but food is very tasty and healthy. The hotel is situated ideally for exploring around and be back in your family nest just like back home!

The hotel is located about 300 m from the sea across the road. The quality matches the price. Room cleaning is mediocre. There is a swimming pool, which was cleaned only once during the week of our stay. The whole impression of the vacation was spoiled by breakfast, or rather a parody of it. There are only a couple of restaurants in the vicinity, and not cheap ones, and there are no stoves in the rooms, despite the fact that *********** positions this hotel with a kitchen in the room. The only kitchen utensils are a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea in the common “bar” are free at any time. Beach towels are provided free of charge and without a deposit. On the nearest beach, sun loungers are paid, but if you order something at the bar, they only take money for the order. I will not return to this hotel again

Very nice and friendly place. I had a room with sea view and the surrounding of the swimming pool was pretty relaxing. I enjoyed it a lot. Also the sea is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Also wonderful beaches in very close distances by car!

My wife and I among plethora of our guests, chose to stay in Banana Moon as we hosted our wedding ceremony in Rethymno. Hand on heart, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay as everything was centred around us. Dimitris, the owner of the hotel, did everything in his power to make our stay even more comfortable and pleasant and gave us great tips and every assistance needed, making our stay even more memorable and special. Him and his team have been great in every way and I highly recommend Banana Moon for a very pleasant stay! Thank you all very much for making our special moments even more special! - Yannis & Natalie

We had great pleasure to spend our Vacation in Banana Moon. We spend there 9 days. You have to book your reservation with Breakfast and especially dinner at Paraplous Restaurant! It is situated very close to the hotel, near by the see. There is very very good food, especialy the greek salad! Near the Restaurant threre is a hotel beach and you candida stent there a good time for free. We spend our Vacation with two kids 5 and 8,and they were Swimming all day in the swimmingpool, it was not crowded, most often they can swimm alone, there was no other quest in. The hotel is quite small and quiet. The host Dimitris is really cool, he will help you with everything, he even print our plane tickets! He like kids. You can also buy tickets to Creta bus travels. I reccomend Elafonisi Beach end Breveli Beach! Few yers ago we were at Kos at very expensive resort, but Banana Moon is our Beloved one. I reccomended you also the room with pool wiev, you have your own small Terrace and you can Enter to the Swimming pool very fast. It is so comfortable with kids. Я и мама, отдыхали в начале июля 2024 года. Это был первый отдых в Греции. Хотелось бы начать с момента, как нас приняли. С большой теплотой и заботой, нам предложили перекусить, сделали кофе и отнесли наш чемодан в номер. Номер был очень просторным и чистым, видно, что нас тут ждали. Постели белоснежные, как и полотенца. В ванной комнате чисто, есть прекрасный гель для душа. В номере есть шкаф, с достаточным количеством вешалок. Так же есть холодильник, который хорошо работает, отлично морозит, и остаётся работать даже если нас нет в номере. Есть кондиционер, тоже отлично работает, бесплатный wifi, который работает по всей территории отеля и держит хороший сигнал. Номера чудесные. Питание было очень приближено к европейской кухни. Всего хватало, овощей, фруктов. Подавали мясо и рыбу, различные соусы, всегда присутствовал гарнир. Хотелось бы отметить наличие миндального молока, на завтрак. Питание было отличным и вкусным. На территории отеля есть места отдыха, есть бассейн, тоже радует. У отеля есть свои зонтики и шезлонги, мест хватало. В июле начинается сезон ветров, море не спокойное, намывает камни, тяжело зайти в море без специальной обуви. В 150-200 м от отеля, есть ещё один пляж под названием Keti, тоже неплохой, можно отдыхать и там. Недалеко от отеля есть таверны, магазины, сувенирные лавки. В Центре города Ретимно есть Венецианская гавань, можно добраться на автобусе. Очень рекомендую, красивое место. Хотелось бы ещё сказать про опасность на проезжей части, будьте внимательны, водители не пропускают даже на пешеходных переходах, будьте бдительны. Ну и в завершении моего отзыва, хотелось бы отдать благодарность владельцу отеля Димитрию, администратору Бобби и всему персоналу отеля, который очень внимателен к своим гостям. Димитрий сам прекрасный человек Греции, спасибо большое.

Täglich das gleiche Frühstück eine Wurst eine Käse. Weiche Brötchen ohne Geschmack. Zeitweise leeres Frühstück, was nur auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt wird. Bier und Wein nur während des Essens. Softdrinks nur zwischen 11-21 Uhr. Mittag und Abendessen fast täglich gleich. Wenn es Fisch gibt, gibt es keine alternative für Nicht Fischesser. Nudeln mit Tomatensoße immer kalt. 1x in 10 Tagen gab es Mandarinen, sonst kein frisches Obst außer im täglichen Obstsalat aus Orange und Apfel. Zwischensnacks sins abgepackte Brotcräcker. Das als all inclusive zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Appartmant ist entgegen der Beschreibung nicht zu zweit zu beziehen aber buchbar. Matratzen durchgelegen. Badezimmer sehr abgewohnt und Baufällig. Klimaanlage läuft nur mit Codekarte und muss jedes Mal von Neuem den Raum von 40° runterkühlen. Warum auf der Homepage keine Bilder vom Essen gezeigt werden hat schon seinen Grund. Sauber und freundliches Personal im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten. Sehr zuvorkommder Hotelchef. Lage: extrem weit von Allem, nur zwei teure Restaurants in der Nähe, keine Shops. Pool schließt bereits um 19 Uhr. Nicht für gehbehinderte oder eingeschränkt beweglich, da nur Treppen und Stufen.
