Хорошее, удобное расположение. В пешей доступности набережная. Номер был семейный с двумя комнатами. Простенький ремонт, но чисто. Единственное, в ванной дверь не закрывалась и слив унитаза не работал пока крышку не сняли. В целом все нормально за такую стоимость.
