Santikos Mansion, Santikos Collection

Vizitsa in Mount Pelion Peninsula is a picturesque small hamlet, overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf, with all the charm of an old Greek village, and enchanted fragrance of bygone times. In order to reach its lovely main square, you will need to leave your car in the parking lot downhill, then walk up the cobbled stone ascent. 30 meters separate you from Santikos Mansion’s entrance lead by a narrow path. Santikos Mansion is a unique and impressing house, it is also a member of an international organization called Grand Heritage Hotels, offering its guests the best selection of tradition-rich hotels, from castles, fortresses and manor houses, to country homes etc. We stayed there two nights and enjoyed it very much. Our room contained everything one may need and in high quality. It was very quiet and full of character. The breakfast was delicious, and was served outside by Anthi, a “team” of one lovely lady. Not to mention that the price was unbeatable. If you want to experience a genuine and charming flavor of an old Greek village in Pelion Peninsula, don’t miss Santikos Mansion, but remember to take a light suitcase to your room.
