We recently stayed at Radisson Blu in the interconnecting rooms near the 8-room villa. To be honest, our stay started off on a slightly frustrating note. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect from the moment we arrived, one of the TVs was completely non-functional, and only one room had a bathtub, which was a surprise since we expected both to have it. I called the lobby twice, but nothing happened. It felt like no one was really paying attention. Later that evening, I decided to go to the reception in person ,and that’s when everything changed. I met Arpit, who immediately stood out with his calm and professional attitude. He didn’t make excuses or delay. Instead, he listened carefully, noted every issue, and got right to work. He actually resolved the Wi-Fi issue then and there at the front desk , which no one else had done earlier. After that, he walked with me to the room, explained everything clearly, and honestly made us feel like some of the confusion was just miscommunication. Within 20 minutes, almost everything was sorted. The only issue left the TV was fixed shortly after when Arpit came back personally with an engineer. That effort really made an impression. Even after all that, we had to request buggy service a few times sometimes very late at night or early in the morning and Arpit always helped us with patience and a smile. This was our first stay at Radisson Blu, and while it didn’t start off perfectly, it ended on a very positive note all thanks to Arpit and his colleague Naveen. Their hospitality, ownership, and attitude really turned things around. Thank you so much Arpit 🙏🏻💯❣️and naveen for making our experience awesome
