Ottima posizione. Mi è piaciuto molto il balcone. Il divano letto era molto scomodo. Stava arrivando la primavera. La colazione era buona anche se ridotta a causa del covid. L'hotel era molto pulito. Gli addetti alla reception erano fantastici. Ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Hotel room was nice and very clean. It would have been nice if there was an actual restaurant to eat in. The poolside restaurant was nice for lunch.

Our second trip to Virginia Beach, first stay here. Extremely comfortable stay, quiet rooms, excellent view!!! Bed was very comfortable, too.

My husband & I stayed here while our son ran in the A10 Championship meet at the Sports Center. The hotel is under renovation, which we were aware of before booking. We did see a little work going on while we were there but this did not interrupt our stay. Our room was already renovated and it was very nice, clean & comfortable. We had a beautiful view & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to get up for, it really is a grab & go situation (prepackaged waffles, muffins, cereal, chicken biscuits, etc,). Great location, friendly staff, & convenient parking. Hope they get there elevators fixed during their renovations…we experienced a “minor malfunction” on elevator one…we avoided that elevator for the rest of our stay.

There was construction during our visit but overall we enjoyed our stay! We believe the lobby area will be amazing when they finish the renovations!

Arrived at the hotel, I didn't realize that they were doing renovations on the place, the swimming pool and Fitness center and the laundry was all closed. And then there was constant noise drilling and banging most of the day. I said something about it to the front desk she said there was an email sent. I didn't recall receiving and email. After looking through my email there was an email from a John *****, I had to look for the email. And it was sent 4 days before my stay. I had already planned my stay and I don't think 4 days is enough advance. A phone call at the beginning of renovation would have been appreciated so that I would have had the time to make other accommodations.

Property was rundown and the housekeping was sporadic and nt responsive to our needs. The balcony had hot air blowing on it from the a/c vent and was unusable.
