Ci siamo accorti e siamo stati nella nostra stanza per circa un'ora quando un altro ospite apre la nostra porta, si accorge, dice ”Oh”, e poi si è lasciato. Ho chiamato il desktop e poi ho scoperto che avevano erroneamente assegnato la stanza ad un altro ospite. Mi è stato detto che la stanza non avrebbe dovuto essere data perché non aveva cortina - e sicuramente non era, solo un fulmine, e le luci luminose del parcheggio servivano come una luce notturna molto luminosa. In quel momento, avevamo sbagliato e stanco, così abbiamo deciso di rimanere, ma abbiamo usato il bollo di sicurezza per impedire che qualcun altro entrasse durante la notte. Non abbiamo avuto una notte molto tranquilla. Il letto era buono, ma la pressione dell’acqua per il bagno e la doccia non era molto buona. Quando abbiamo controllato la mattina dopo, pensavano ancora che fossimo in un'altra stanza. Non mi scuso. Non posso raccomandare questo posto perché la loro gestione è chiaramente incompetente.

Won’t stay here again. Mattress is sunken, unpleasant smell on the first floor of the building, unaddressed maintenance and cleanliness issues in common areas. Outdoor common areas are inaccessible due to season - but weather is moderate and it would be nice to be able to spend some time outside. Stayed here for the price - but spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

We made reservations in advance to stay at the Hotel Indigo Vinings for a few day trip to Atlanta. Due to getting a late start on our arrival date, I called the hotel at 6:30pm to let them know we wouldn’t arrive until midnight or a little later and were assured this would not be a problem. When we arrived just before 1am, the lobby was locked up and I called the front desk number. A staff person came out of the office behind the front desk and appeared to have just woken up and very terse in his interactions with us. After he spent 15-20 minutes trying to get into his computer he said he could not check us in and he could not accommodate our reservation with any room. He very nonchalantly said “there is no good news here” and suggested we go find another hotel (mind you it was now 1:30am in a city we have never been to before) and come back in the morning. There was no offer to assist us find another hotel and no offer to pay for another hotel. I used the IHG app to find another pet friendly hotel nearby. I called to verify they had a room and received amazing customer service from that moment on. I will not recommend the Hotel Indigo Vining to anyone at this time.

It's a nice clean hotel in a central location. I believe the location is why the price is high. I've stayed in some really nice places that offered complimentary breakfast, had a bar and a restaurant that was open for dinner. I reserved this room for one price and when I checked in, the price for my ONE NIGHT stay was suddenly $441.00. This price was for a simple 2 bed queen room. Nothing special about it. How about a microwave to go with the refrigerator? For the amount of money that I paid, this is my first time and last time here. PS, my stay didn't revolve around going to the nearby game being played. I came to visit family.
