For the price this hotel is excellent, yes it has no lift or air conditioning hence it's 2 star rating but as far as cleanliness, location, rooms and staff helpfulness this hotel cannot be beaten. We had an impromptu 4 night stay as we had urgent business after a family holiday in the south of France at the embassy in Paris, the hotel were very helpful and the location was perfect just 15 min was Paris center via the metro with a station no more than 200m away and lots of local bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions near by . We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Paris area, great value and amenities close to Paris center.

Agréablement surprise par ce petit hôtel qui est très bien situé, avec l’arrêt du métro juste côté et tout les restaurants .Le personnel est accueillant, l’hôtel est très propre, la chambre était impeccable.Le petit déjeuner est bien complet. À refaire

Netjes en schoon, fijn bed, een echt heerlijke badkamer. Parkeren was lastig.. maar vlakbij leuke terassen en restaurants. En dan het schitterende kasteel! Doen! Het hoteletje is gewoontjes, vriendelijk , niet duur. Vincennes is best de moeite van een bezoek waard, maar bedenk wel dat de wegen rond Vincennes heel erg, nou ja, belachelijk, druk zijn. Het kostte me moeite om er te komen. Lag het aan mijn navigatie?

Les horaires de check in et de petit déjeuner indiquées sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Télécommande non opérationnelle, une vitre de fenêtre double vitrage cassée, douche minuscule… Bonne literie ! La prochaine fois ce sera ailleurs.

Hôtel propre mais vieillot. Parking proposé plus cher que le tarif du stationnement dans le quartier. Difficile de se faire comprendre par certains réceptionistes qui ne maîtrisent pas le français. Petit déjeuner chiche. Nuit horrible car la chambre était surchauffée.

Du vol!!! réservation de chambre sur internet pour une somme X réservation preuve à l’appui la facture demandée compte 50 € de plus!!!! Non justifié. J’ai refusé de payer . J’avais des espèces et ai payé uniquement ce que je devais! Suis partie sous la menace et les injures!!! Escalier colimaçon très raide. Et Ciré!!! Accueil fait par des jeunes au courant de rien. Sinon bon emplacement

Chambre propre Confort très limité malgré une très bonne literie pour un 2 étoiles pas de bouilloire avec quelques échantillons et dosettes de café ect... Douche a évité si plus de 1m80/90kgs nous n'y retournerons pas pris excessif pour la prestation petit dej non compris

Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins pour les clients. Chambre agréable et propre, vue sur le Château. Salle d'eau avec tout le nécessaire et sèche cheveux. Petit déjeuner possible en chambre. A bientôt
