I don’t usually write reviews about any accommodation I stay, neither good or bad reviews. But this time I feel like I have to. The photos on their website are much more different to the reality, I felt engañada. The photos probably where taken ages ago when they opened for the first time and the reality is- it seems like they never done any changes to the room I stayed in or to the main entrance. When I got in, the first vibe is creepy, very scary. The staircase is old and smelly, no lift and this is not specified anywhere. I only had a suitcase but it was heavy, of course I can handle it but I still think it’s necessary to say if the building is accesible or not. When I got to the room everything was old, which would have been fine if I had been able to see it prior to my booking in more recent photos. There are no duvets- it’s just a cover with an old blanket in. The heating in the bathroom worked but in the main room didn’t, or at least couldn’t feel the heat coming through- so I texted Daiva and asked for a couple of blankets and she told me I could get them myself from a cupboard without knowing which ones were clean or dirty. She replied quickly, but when I emailed her asking for the hairdryer she never got back to me- and it says in my booking confirmation that’s included. At first sight, it looked clean but when you look properly…. It’s so dirty, dust everywhere and shower had dark areas in some points. I stayed 3 nights and only one toilet paper roll, I don’t think it hurts to have a couple just in case it’s needed. Anyway, I won’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially if travelling solo. It feels like a ghost place, very dark, no cozy at all to stay on my own for three nights in the cold winter.
