The rooms were with full of dust and improper curtains and bed spreads. The ac remote is not working fine. Restrooms are in below average conditions with broken seating cover and top lids. Water heater was in bad condition. Entire rating would be 2. 5/10. No

In park residency the toilet flush is not working. Water flow is low. All the metal rods in the bathroom are rusted.

The bathroom was not clean, the bed was not neat and there were strains in bed and bedspread. I haven't taken images

There was nothing good to tell about this hotel (sorry lodge. Right from air-conditioning, staff behaviour everything was bad !

The property is not a hotel, but a lodge. A walk in customer gets - ac room where booking, ended up paying + a night. Apart from this, the basic amenities like towels, soaps etc were not given. This will help you ask your team to check even for budget hotels, promise and deliver.

Reception was good, responded to our call, service was find, water heater functional that itself enough for us in that cold windy night. Restaurant was not available, some renovation work is on except that all is well for us in that short stay
