Bon hôtel, récent. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits de qualité. Les plats du room service sont goûteux Parking facile a proximité où dans le parking de l’hôtel (payant). Chambre suite côté voie ferré mais très bien isolée donc calme. Excellente literie. Quelques détails qui mériteraient d’être améliorés, luminosité insuffisante dans le salon de la suite mais par contre, une lampe de secours impossible à éteindre la nuit, des peignoirs troués qui devraient être remplacés, l’abat jour du lampadaire du salon très abîmé qui devrait être remplacé, une coupe du petit déjeuner ébréchée a remplacer. Bref, compte tenu du prix de la chambre, beaucoup de « détails » à améliorer.

Stayed here whilst travelling home from the Alps, we normally stay in Villefranche (which is a very nice town) and unfortunately the hotel we normally stay in was full so we had to stay here. Sadly this is a contender for one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The parking is in an extremely cramped underground car park and if you have a large car you will find it very difficult to park. When we arrived at reception rooms had not already been assigned to us and the receptionist took ages to check us in and give us our keys. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are so small that you can barely move and certainly not reflective of the photos on the website. Given the price (nearly €100 a night) this was very disappointing. When we arrived for breakfast which was supposed to be available from 7am which we needed as we needed to leave for onward travel we found it was not ready and we needed to wait another 15 minutes for staff to have it prepared. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Staff are all very pleasant and helpfull. Dinner was very good, very good red housewine? Very good value for money. The building itself has seen better days and needs some refurbishment in and outside, therefore an average rating.

MERITERAIT D ETRE RENOVE. Bien situé pour reprendre l”autorouteImais un peu vieillot et moquette et portes abimés. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct .Pas de restaurant ce jour là car le cuisinier était malade. La direction a prposé des plateaux repas mais nous avons dîné à l'extérieur.
