La villa dispone di 3 camere da letto (3 letti matrimoniali e 2 letti aggiuntivi), 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno con cucina, salotto, sala da pranzo. Sarò a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi informazione turistica o per qualsiasi altra necessità per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. La Cesa si trova in campagna ai piedi del Monte Circeo, in una zona molto tranquilla e lontana dalla città, a soli 5 minuti dal mare e dal centro. Ideale per rilassarsi durante le vacanze. Abbiamo convenzioni con alcuni stabilimenti balneari/spiagge pubbliche con parcheggio sia a San Felice Circeo che a Sabaudia. I mezzi pubblici distano un km. Il centro e il mare sono facilmente raggiungibili in bicicletta o in auto in 5 minuti. La stazione ferroviaria di Priverno Fossanova dista 20 km. I prezzi delle vacanze potrebbero essere leggermente più alti. Animali ammessi, con supplemento. Aria condizionata, con supplemento per luglio e agosto.
