Wayne Hotel

Attractive building, centrally located in downtown Wayne. Walk to restaurants, shops. The rooms are fairly basic but everything works. Comfortable beds, wonderful shower. Just lacking any distinctive decor sense or charm. Simple continental breakfast free. Coffee set out early, which is nice.

We were visiting family in Delaware county and this hotel was perfect. A beautiful lobby w fireplace, seating, in the center of sweet shops and useful shops (rite aid), restaurants. Kids loved the candy bar in lobby. Rooms are comfortable and pretty. No mini frig tho. A nice bathroom, well-lit. Beds very comfortable. A quiet, small hotel. Delicious continental breakfast w fresh bread from across the street, pastries, eggs, cereal bar. Our daughter had a bad cough and the manager made her a cup of lemon honey tea! The restaurant is beautiful and I wish we could have had dinner here, the menu looks good! We will definitely be back. They offer gym facilities at sister property Radnor dOwn the road.

The Wayne Hotel nestled in the sweet town of Wayne PA gives you a welcome feeling the moment you walk into the hotel. The bright, beautiful atmosphere along with the smiling staff creates a warm hospitable experience! If you are in the Villanova area, I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

We enjoyed 5 wonderful days at the Wayne Hotel. The location is in a very nice part of Wayne with many excellent restaurants near by, an it is one block from the mainline train stop. The rooms were very neat and clean and simply appointed with everything we needed. The on site Rosalie restaurant has delicious food and is always buzzing with activity. The hotel has a spacious lobby and porch with places to sit, read, or enjoy conversation. It was a treat to have a continental breakfast provided in the hotel fee that included protein and fruit, and a variety of freshly baked delicious pastries in addition to the usual cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and tea. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. We will be back whenever we come to the Philadelphia area. We recommend making time during your visit to tour the Chanticleer Garden, on par with. Butchart Gardens in Victoria and Huntington Gardens in Southern California. which is only a few miles away from the hotel! It is a world class garden with a wide variety of flowering plants, trees, ponds with Koi, and a creek running through the garden.

I stayed at Wayne Hotel for my wedding at a nearby venue. I got the Premier Suite and the room layout was great for getting ready with friends and family. The rooms were immaculately clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was so kind and helpful throughout the process- from getting wedding blocks through to checkout. I did not get to try Rosalie but some guests had stayed an extra night and had dinner and said the food was great! Highly recommend this adorable historical hotel!

Such a charming hotel. We stayed here for a weekend wedding nearby, and it was a lovely venue for the rehearsal dinner and the Sunday brunch. But you don't need a wedding excuse to stay here. The restaurant is lively and delicious, and the local train into Philly is literally behind the hotel. And the train station has an excellent coffee/ice cream shop.
