Incredible views and great location! Admire the views as you walk in thru the private entrance. The suite has it's own balcony, ample room for parking, king size bed, large flat screen TV, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, two burner hot plate, outdoor grill, own heating and cooling (mini-split) system and a ceiling fan. Washer/dryer available. Includes a Red Rock Pass for access to the trailhead parking lots and a soft pack cooler and ice packs. There is no separate living room. And sorry, but no pets and no smoking on the premises.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

great experience
The entire stay was wonderful. The living area was immaculate. the view of the surrounding area was very peaceful and special. Thanks for the owners for providing this place to stay for the week.

Breath taking views!
Beautiful place. Mike was so helpful and accommodating. Best view in Sedona. The apartment looks even better in person. I would go back and highly recommend.

Could not be better
Wonderful property, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the patio, and amazingly friendly and helpful property owners. When we visit Arizona in the future we hope to be able to stay here again.

Wonderful place, amazing view!
We loved our stay here, it's very clean and close to everything and that view! Amazing. Loved having our coffee on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend hrecommend

Convenient but private
We loved our stay here. It was just minutes away from the lively towns and daily hikes/activities, but when we went back “home” it felt secluded and quiet. The view is amazing. The host is fantastic!- available but gives you your privacy. You should stay here!

Perfect for Couples
We booked this property for 6 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Mike was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views

Above and Beyond
this place is above and beyond the listing - it was perfect for us! The owner is fantastic and so helpful and the place is huge - and beautiful. I would stay here over a hotel ANY day.
