Within a few minutes from the house, you can access the most popular attractions in Sedona. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Sedona's red rock formations and embark on scenic hikes or mountain biking adventures right from your doorstep. Large groups won’t have to coordinate use of the car or figure out how to get to and from the shuttle buses to access the trails, since hiking, biking and exploration is just outside the front door. A car is highly recommended while traveling to Sedona since Uber/Lyft is not readily available in this area. The home has a large driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. Pool can be partially heated with our solar panel heater in fall and spring months for no additional fee. It only heats the pool by about 10 degrees so it's not suitable to fully heat the pool for comfortable usage in winter months. Although there are safety locks on the doors of the home which lead directly to the outdoor pool, PLEASE supervise at all times and be mindful of your children and those who cannot swim. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Sedona is a a Dark Sky Community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
