on 25/11/2024 I booked for 31/12/2024 and 01/01/2025 asking in writing that I was assigned a room away from harassing noise to be able to rest well. Upon my arrival I was given room 208 on the top floor and at the end of the corridor. About 2:00 a.m. I'm gonna sleep. I didn't close eye all night because 20 meters from the room there is the fast flowing road and every passage of a car I woke up, and they passed through it all night since it was New Year's night. At 7:00 I got out of the bed tired and angry, and I went to the reception complaining about what happened and communicating that I wasn't staying in that room the second night. The behavior of the owner and the manager were, to say the least, shameful. Without beating eyelash, they did not find any solution and demanded full payment of two nights. I replied that I pay, but that feedback will be very negative and that usually you try to meet the customer if there are complaints. But they are not interested. The owner, a kid aged about 28/30, does not know to be an entrepreneur, was enough a small gesture of understanding and I would not be here to write this negative review that deserves without a doubt. A bad experience, never happened to be treated in this way among the dozens of 4/5 star hotels in which I stayed. Shame yourself!
