We stayed here for 4 nights after visiting San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato. We were ready for some rest and relaxation, and this small charming hotel fit the bill perfectly. A kind and attentive staff anticipated every want and need. The hotel is very small, safe and private. Will head to Mexico City next feeling refreshed and recharged. Many thanks to all the wonderful employees at this special place.

Misrepresented breakfast - when I checked in the receptionist told me breakfast was at 8:30am. My car service was picking me up at 9am. I went down for breakfast at 8:30am and the waiter told me breakfast was 9am. Very disappointing. Room would not cool properly. Lowest temperature was 77 degrees. Called room service when I arrived and the employee hung up on me. My fault for selecting this hotel that does not speak English.

My son and I recently stayed at the Matian hotel. We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Rafa was wonderful and made sure we always had what we needed. He was attentive and kind. We enjoyed the heated pool and bonfires at night. I highly recommend this hotel. Good location , secure and lovely environment.

Excellent all around. We loved the location, which is within a few blocks of the main plaza. There aren't enough stars to rate the service. I've never experienced such hospitality, kindness, competence and friendliness. The food is excellent. We were treated like family from the minute we walked in the door. They used our first names throughout our whole stay and truly invested themselves in our experience. The pool is warm like a Jacuzzi and very clean. I enjoyed my massage, too, and I'm particular about massages. One of my favorite things was the stained glass in each room. The pizzas were big and tasty, just be sure to order ahead so they have time to warm up the brick oven. Also, this property is completely wheelchair accessible! The only negatives were the speed bumps on the street were too high for our car (free parking, btw!), and I would have appreciated wash cloths in the bathrooms. Thank you to Rafael and Leonardo and the other staff for making our vacation so comfortable!

Hotel hermoso y servicio inigualables! Empezando en el check-in, muy ágil y amable. Habitación: confortable, linda y cómoda Áreas comunes: alberca, jardín, restaurante. Súper lindos, limpios, cómodo. Alimentos desayuno: variedad y ricos. Alimentos comida: delicioso Lo más encantador del hotel, es el Equipo que atiende y el nivel de servicio que te encuentras. @Rafa y Hugo increíbles!!!! Cada momento es atención personalizada y están pendientes de lo que necesites. Seguro un hotel para regresar!!! Gracias por su hospitalidad!

Pésimo!! Las fotos engañan muchísimo, está sucio, las camas son terribles para descansar, en mi caso, se inundó la regadera, hay demasiados ruidos desde las 6:00 am. Nada acogedoras las habitaciones, los lugares de estacionamiento escasos para el número de habilitaciones. La atención es buena.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Muy cerca del centro. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas; para mi gusto el colchón muy blando, pero las almohadas y blancos de gran calidad. La alberca climatizada todo el tiempo, limpia. La comida y bebidas de buen sabor, calidad. El servicio ofrecido por parte Rafa y Leo excelente durante nuestra estancia.

La atención y trato estuvo genial, siempre atentos y serviciales con mi familia y conmigo. La verdad quedamos muy complacidos. En la noche hubo música y la cena de Navidad estuvo muy bien. Quizá el único detalle sería agregar mas calentones ya que en diciembre vaya que hace frio. Volverìa a hospedarme sin duda
