BlackStone Apart Boutique Hotel

Absolutely the worst experience that I had in my life. A shame, cause the place have a great potential. We arrived at 6:30 pm and we didn't receive our room until 9:30 pm, and the worst is what the receptionists did during this 3 hours window. First of all, there were 3 kids on the reception desk, and we've been attended by the 2nd youngest (also, there was no a single manager to talk with). We've been explained the rule of the hotel, which took a good amount of time, and they explained to us that room wouldn't been clean every day, due to covid restrictions, but nobody in the office were wearing a mask 🤨 (we later founded out that in reality the problem was that the hotel expanded too quickly without expanding the staff, and this news came from another oldest receptionist 2 days later). The 4 of us then, 1 couples of parents and 1 of sons, are been assigned 2 rooms in the "superior" part of the hotel. The problem was that when we arrived, the room where totally incomplete, and I mean, there were workers Inside! The rooms were dirty of paint, construction dust, had leaking on the ceiling in one case, didn't have hot water. So we went back, to ask if this was a mistake (meanwhile the same receptionists made us wait long time cause other customers kept arriving). So the 2nd youngest passed the ball to the youngest girl, which confusing started to walk back and forth from the reception to the rooms, to "control" the situation (the rooms are around 500mt from the reception). After around 40 minutes of wait, they tried to assign us 2 other rooms of the same complex, but when we went to them, again we found out the same situation. Dirty, workers on them and no hot water in one. So we want back again to the desk and tried to talk with a manager, and the first receptionist responded that she was sorry, couldn't do more at this point and she wouldn't pass the phone number of the manager, to which they where talking all this time trough the phone, explaining that was in holiday and didn't wish to talk to us. End of the story, 3h later, we've been assigned 3 other rooms, from which we could choose, and we had to accept them in those conditions, cause otherwise we wouldn't have a place to sleep, after 13h driving, cause was bank Holiday in Argentina. The day after we recall the reception and ask to send someone to fix the hot and cold water. For us was the first time we live a bad experience like this, but there is a first time for everything. Now that you know a bit more, I hope won't be yours.

Muy linda experiencia! Vinimos a un bike tour con amigos y nos atendieron bien. La comida es increíble recomiendo almorzar y cenar. El desayuno es muy bueno también pero agregaría huevos revueltos y tocino. Variedad de jugos. La pastelería es excelente!

Hotel que necesita renovación en habitaciones pero cumple las necesidades básicas en el apart, muy buena piscina y mobiliarios, ubicación excelente, un punto estratégico muy bueno para pasar tiempo de recreacion junto a la familia, restoran diez puntos.

La verdad es que mi experiencia fue muy mala. Nos dieron una habitación con humedad, los televisores o no funcionaban o se veía con estática y la conexión a internet se cortaba. Solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos lo dieron al día siguiente, pero nos hicieron desocupar la habitación en la que estábamos y demoraron unas dos o tres horas en darnos la nueva. Le preguntamos si podíamos utilizar la habitación en la que ya estábamos durante el tiempo que demoraran en acondicionar la nueva y nos dijeron que no. Es decir que tuvimos que llevar todos nuestros bolsos de nuevo al auto y si necesitábamos utilizar el baño o descansar en nuestra habitación, que estaba pagada, no podíamos. Lo pero es que todo el tiempo que nos tuvieron sin habitación la misma permaneció sin siquiera que la limpiaran. Al día siguiente se contactaron conmigo porque me habían cobrado $16.000 extra de lo que habíamos acordado, pero diciendo que me iban a devolver $9.000, para lo cual les tenia que pasa la información de mi tarjeta. Les dije que con el alias era suficiente si realmente me querían devolver el dinero pero argumentaron que no podían sin esa información (cuando desde todos los bancos te recomiendan no enviar este tipo de información).

- No es un hotel boutique. Con suerte un apart - Es muy caro para las instalaciones que tiene - el buffet no es acorde a lo que venden - No tiene espacios exteriores suficientes, es como estar de vacaciones en un edificio con una pisicina en la terraza, donde no hay naturaleza - a orillas de la pileta no hay espacio suficiente, ni reposeras suficientes, ni mesas - Entras y salir por la misma salida (exterior sin techo) que los autos, un peligro y si lluve te empapas porque no tenes otra forma de ingresar

Un hermoso lugar para vacacionar, bien cerca del centro, podes moverte todo a pie, la gente muy cálida, la comida muy buena. Super recomedable! Para estar en familia es muy cómodo. El otro blackstone también es muy recomendable sólo que está a 4,5 km del centro.
