Ideal place for work and pleasure!! The Restautant is very good, the spa and pools are amazing and the services everywhere is outstanding. We will definitely go back soon. They have many activities to enjoy outside like stretching, trekking, bondfire

When you arrive at the Boden you are immediately struck by the beautiful design. Crafted wood, stonework and flowing shapes abound. Staff is very friendly and clearly tries hard to be attentive. Initially, your impression is that this will be a wonderful stay. Pretty soon you realize time was spent on design and engineering, as well as staff selection.......at the expense of comfort. It begins when you sit in any of the chairs or sofas in the lobby. They were not designed for humans with normal length legs (maybe if you were a very tall basketball player they might work). The real discomfort comes when you try and sleep. when I called the front desk to ask how to adjust room temperature (the thermostat did not appear to work), we were informed we could not control temperature in room as they had central heating. If the room was too hot, we had to open the sliding door, but that posed a different issue. you had to close the blackout curtains because the porch light could not be turned off as they were controlled by sundown and sunrise. So, no outside air could adequately flow in to cool the room. Add sheets with a high synthetic content and sleeping is actually uncomfortable. There were plenty of other little things which suggest those choosing equipment and fixtures did not bother to actually try them. Why would anyone spend time designing something beautiful that does not serve the guests well? The staff is not responsible for this experience, nor can they make these things better. It's a shame!
