Fifteen-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Guana State park is a short 3 miles north and provides kayaking, fishing, hiking and biking trails. Great parks, restaurants and the river at the end of the road to watch sunsets. Neighborhood Quiet hours begins at 10pm. Outside noise after ten must be kept to a whisper. Heated pool by request is $50 a day. You may choose this option at the time of arrival. There are only 2 parking spots allotted to this home.
