Santorini Mozambique

We stayed here on the recommendation of our travel agent and it was absolutely spectacular! We were in the villa, which was (way) more than enough space for our family of 4. The view was jaw-dropping and I couldn't tear my eyes away from it the whole time. We really enjoyed our beach time - it was so relaxing and the beach staff did an amazing job making us feel comfortable, pulling out toys and activities for the kids to play with, and even playing with the kids some too. One day we ventured out snorkeling (definitely spring for the Two Mile reef) and enjoyed lunch on the island; the boat crew also pulled out fishing rods just for some experience here. We also ventured out around town one day and felt comfortable with Samuel as our guide (a local who is always smiling). At the villa itself Simon took great care of us - the food was plentiful and delicious and the whole staff cleaned and moved around our schedule with ease. We visited Santorini in the winter so the water was cool, but not too cold to swim in, and the area was pretty quiet. I would 100% stay here again, it's truly a beautiful oasis of relaxation

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff went out of its way to really design our experience. I hope to go back with more of my family members someday.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at Santorini Mozambique, it did not disappoint me. everything was perfect, from the moment I arrived at Vilanculos airport, and picked up by samuel, he said to me 'welcome to the paradise'. I was thinking maybe its a bit exacuate. But he didn't, as I arrived at Santorini Mozambique, I was amazed by the Greek style building and decor, the friendly staff , the cold fresh towel, and most delicous Mojito to welcome you to the little paradise. And the view.... there isn't a word for it. you will need to see it yourself. I would highly recommend this place, all rooms are see facing, service is great, food is amazingly delicious, lots of activities to do. Santorini Mozambique is a place to unwind and embrace the untouched beauty. it's a place where you can do nothing and yet, feels like you've discovered something extraordinary.

My wife and I just wrapped up a once in a lifetime trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Mozambique. Santorini was the last location of our tour which we added to relax and enjoy our last few days before the long flights home to AZ, USA. From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a very special place. Our accommodation in one of the villas was fantastic, comfortable, with a private courtyard with pool and a patio/deck area overlooking the Indian Ocean. The hotel is all inclusive (both food and drinks including alcohol). The food was exceptional, with menu choices available for each meal and included your choice of wine. There's a small roof top bar to enjoy sunset and each evening a special cocktail is available (first one included). But what really differentiates Santorini is the personal service and attention to detail. My wife and I can say enough about Santorini and their entire staff - exceptional. Now we're trying to figure out how we can return!

After almost 3 weeks of being on Safari throughout Africa, we arranged a few days of R&R at this resort in Mozambique. At first, we were skeptical because of the arduous trip to get here from the airport in Vilanculos (most of the roads were unpaved). When we arrived the staff greeted us warmly with a welcoming drink plus a tour of the facility. After some time in which we unpacked, we met back in the dining room for a delicious custom lunch. The meal service, as presented, was a little different in that each morning we were presented with a Menu for that days meals which seemed to not offer too many choices. What we found out is that Chef Russell and his right hand man, Alberto, were willing and able to make anything we wanted for each meal, as long as they had the basic ingredients. The Food, which was just like having your own private Chef, was AMAZING!! The service was superb and the setting changed slightly each day. Our Room was perfect and had a large covered veranda as well as an outdoor shower and Bath. It also had a huge indoor shower with multiple shower heads. All in all, this was the perfect getaway and finish to a great trip. We loved the quiet, solitude, and service that this property offered. The staff was incredible. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We booked 5 nights to relax after 12 nights safari. Great decision. Luxury meets stylish zen. We could type a load of superlatives and still not do it justice. Location, facilities, food and most of all splendid staff, especially Alberto. Santa Carolina is an enormous beautifully furnished suite with superb views. The island trip to the National Park is well worth doing. Don’t spend time thinking about, it just book and come. You won’t regret it.
