Une bonne nuit dans ce petit hôtel, situé à Vilaflor, petite ville très mignonne dans laquelle il faut se promener et se perdre dans ses petites ruelles. Tantôt au dessus tantôt au dessous de la mer de nuages.
L’hôtel est harmonieux et divisé en 3 secteurs.
Les parties communes sont très jolies. Il y a aussi une zone solarium et des appareils de sport en extérieur.
La salle de restaurant annoncé ne fait que le petit déjeuner qui s’achève malheureusement à 9h30, ce qui est, à mon sens, un peu tôt. Le choix est assez restreint, et même si l’on croise une personne très polie, il n’y a rien de plus à attendre. À noter que quelques fruits sont produits par la Finca (poire, pommes)
Les chambres vu océan sont orientées vers la mer mais pour atteindre sa terrasse, on longe toutes les autres, ce qui peut gêner un petit peu l’intimité. J’étais tout au bout cela m’a moins dérangé.
Les chambres sont modernes et design, la mienne disposait d’un grand lit très confortable. Quoi que poser sur deux sommiers distincts, ce qui crée un léger creux au milieu. Bon équipement (bouilloire, frigo, grande télé…). La salle de bain est dans la même veine, avec une jolie décoration blanche et noire. Malheureusement, lors de mon séjour, l’eau était froide le soir et à peine tiède le matin.
L’accueil est correct et il y a quelqu’un toute la journée. Il est possible.

Beautiful hotel and amazing view. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant excellent!!! there are very nice hiking tours nearby and Vilaflor es a very nice and authentic little canaries village. If you wish to go to the sea, you can reach it within 20 min.

Located in the beautiful village of Vilaflor, less than half an hour away from Teide national park and many fantastic hiking trials, this place was just what we needed as a break away from the more tourist-saturated resorts on the coast. We woke up every day to a beautiful view above the clouds, and wonderful sunrises. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast good and at reasonable hours. However, best of all were the wonderful staff at the hotel, who were not only incredibly friendly and kind, but went above and beyond to help us when we had a small mishap with the car! Would certainly consider coming back.

We stayed for one night after a long hike. It is a great quiet spot. The room was spacious and had its own little terrace with a wonderful view. The staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a great breakfast. There is also a bar and a great restaurant. The food and the service were great. We would definitely recommend it.

It is good for a stay near to Teide, it is a very charming hotel with breakfast. Also, if you are not staying here, then you can come and try out the restaurant for dinner, it is very good and not so expensive. The bar has a good selection and they accept credit card.

Such an amazing hotel, really enjoying our stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful , the rooms are also really lovely with very comfortable beds, very clean too! The staff here are so lovely and friendly and are always willing to help, nothing is too much to ask for The pools are great, I’ve seen reviews about the sun loungers and although a lot of people do place towels to claim them , there are so many loungers, we have had no problem finding one The food is also really nice, a lovely variety of food, the desserts are also lovely We have been to the Italian al a carte and the food was absolutely beautiful The hotel grounds are so clean and well looked after I’ve seen reviews of cockroaches but I have not seen a single one, in fact I’ve barely seen any bugs at all! There is not a single bad thing I can say about this hotel if I’m being honest, definitely one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed at. The evenings are always so lively with live music in front of the buffet restaurant and also in the square. Love the fact the snack bar is open all night as we arrived late and still managed to have some food. I have seen some negative reviews which made me a little skeptical but I can honestly say I’ve not had any bad experiences here at all. We still have 2 days left and I am so gutted to be leaving soon! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning! Thank you for an amazing holiday and amazing service!

My cousin had her wedding at the beginning of June and what an amazing day! Such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. What an amazing team, so friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the chef whose food was so tasty and what an absolute joy he was partying with us. Thank you team Hotel Alta Montaña for a wonderful day and evening.

This hotel has a very nice view from Vilaflor and the room was good. However, we spend two nights here in January, and it was rather cold outside. Nonetheless, the room was not heated at check-in and the window was left open. Since only few restaurants are open at night in Vilaflor, we tried to book for dinner at the hotel, but the reception was not staffed, and the man in charge of the breakfast would not allow us to book. We also need help to order a taxi, but again he was only able to show us a telephone number. So do not expect any service here.
