Hotel is under renovation no services are available. They should not take bookings when it is under renovation should not make customers uncomfortable.

Worst place, poor maintenance, actually make my trip has changed my stay place. Entirely look different than it’s shown in makemytrip

Nice hospitality, the way of approaching, especially the security team is very much great, the front office staff also navigated me in the proper way. The one small disturbance occurred in the washroom exhaust it's continuously rotating with some sound. The rest all is very much good.

Poor staff, staff was very bad, they don't behave in a good manner with their customers. Breakfast was the worst, quality of breakfast was tooo bad. According to the hotel management, currently the price should only be 1000 per nyt very bad experience

There is no room service in the hotel, only one *** is operating for every work, no restaurant and complimentary breakfast giving to the clients purchasing from the outside of the hotel etc.

The place is located in governorpet, vijayawada. The front desk/reception is located in the 2nd floor. There is renovation going in the hotel so reception is crammed into a make shift room with laundry in all places including corridors and on top of sofas. Not pleasant site. Besides, there is noise in rooms due to drilling or some repair work. The room (superior) was good and spacious for the price i paid. Superior and standard rooms were priced the same so i chose superior. Breakfast was free (may be included in room tariff. Pic of breakfast added to this post. I do-not think restaurant service is running, though i am not sure. Now will visit this place again? maybe not considering renovation going on during the day.

Property is under renovation, no proper entrance, no parking, no such intimation. Just misleading customers by just posting good photos. Was shocked after visiting the property and immediately had to cancel the booking as terrible to stay with family. Finally, thanks to mmt staff for initiating full refund for non-refundable booking.

No power in the morning, staff is rude, no food in hotel we need to order from out side, unhygienic washrooms, poor room service and waste of money and no internet at middle of the room it comes till the door
