Ac was not working. No service, no tea. Not at all happy with service. Pricing also high. No room service. Tea was brought from outside and serves

We stayed for one night and the staff was very humble and gave good service. Satisfied with my stay there. Hotel is located at a prime location. Food at the restaurant was good in taste. Hotel managers were cooperative and helped us getting the service in time. Recommended fir reasonable prices and good stay in the prime location ag vijayapura

Stay was good enough, hospitality was surprisingly homely with basic emergency tablets like paracetamol available to us in the reception. Very warm people. It was a good experience, but cannot be compared to tier 1 stays as the room service was pretty average, almost bad. Laundry service is not available in the hotel. Barring these 2, hotel can reach to international standards if the staff pull up their socks and maintain the standards especially cleanliness in buffet area, wash rooms. But staff are honest and helpful. If cleanliness would have been maintained and basic amenities like tea and coffee sachets arranged in the stay, it would easily be in top 5 hotels of bijapur.

Early check in costs extra charges, complimentary hygiene products like toothpaste is not available. Overall rooms are clean and tidy.

I have cancel-led my stay i called so many times to hotel to cancel no res5. Mmt people told that problem will resolve by 15nth august. But no response from your side.

Clean but bed were uncomfortable, acc was not enough to maintain temperature, parking facility is not available, rest is good clean room n washrooms

Located on the main road. Have to park your car on the road. Room is fine. Bed is comfortable. Ac is quite and effective. Bathroom is small. Water pressure in the shower and faucets is good. No towels or toiletries provided. Medimix small soap and clinic plus small sachet provided. Quite noisy in the night. Rooms aren’t noiseproof. Otherwise an ok motel. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant so can’t comment on food.

Restaurant food is good. Air conditioner is good. Bed in not comfortable and it’s bumpy the balcony is attached with glass door and it’s not sound proof. No complementary coffee/tea bags. No bathroom kit provided. Also not even handwash provided.
