"Overall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room.
Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further."

"Buona posizione!
Pulizia e pulizia molto rapida.
Ho chiesto a un calesa di guidarci intorno alla città, e hanno detto sì, hanno un contatto che ci prenderà al momento stabilito; e poi il tempo è arrivato e il calesa non è apparso, hanno chiamato il calesa guidatore e ha detto che ha un cliente. Quindi ha consigliato alle persone dell'hotel di dirci di andare a prendere Calesa al parco. Questo (servizio) sarebbe stato 5/5 se ci avessero immediatamente detto che è la stagione occupata, quindi non sappiamo se qualcuno può prendere te (e poteva averci consigliato di andare a prendere un calesa nel parco Burger dove c'è una stazione. Invece erano eccellenti!"

"The location is excellent. And the place is nice. Only that we were already accomodated at the annex. So we have to walk a little to the Annex building. The annex building is good but I can notice that that floor and stairs wasn't waxed for quite a time already. And furnitures and CR are already dusty. The Room for family is nice only that it doesn't have a CR. You have to go out everytime you need to go to the CR."

"La posizione è buona, e l'hotel vi darà una bella mappa turistica. Con un'atmosfera e decorazioni buone. Parchiamo fuori il nostro veicolo per la notte, e le cose ci hanno aiutato a contattare la polizia per le scarpe."

"We had a second floor balcony room which was clean and spacious. Good water pressure and hot shower. Breakfast was offered as a room service, which we greatly appreciated. Location is just a short walk to the tourist street."

"It is good location, but the hotel need improvement the sliding door of the toilet and the shower wasn’t good. It’s hard to open and close. They don’t have wash clothes,
There food wasn’t good they change the menu without telling us. I order a bangus with fruit cocktail the server said they don’t have they change it without knowing. They should tell a front so we know.
Btw it was a good comfort over all for the families.
The service need their customer service. Just thankful and grateful."

"Hotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time.
That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort."

"Nice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences"

UUtente ospiteHad a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

UUtente ospiteL'Hotel Vegan Plaza si trova nella migliore posizione - all'inizio della Calle Chrisilogo. È conveniente e facile raggiungere da qui a qualsiasi posto. Il Kalesa (cavallo e carico) e i tricicli sono situati proprio davanti all'hotel. La sorgente è a 7 minuti a piedi da qui e a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Tutto quello che si chiede è stato visto immediatamente e con un sorriso. La colazione era buona, ci dovrebbe essere più varietà. Forniscono in camera massaggio che era grande. Hanno 2 ristoranti che forniscono una varietà di piatti locali. Il bagno è piccolo, tuttavia la doccia era fantastica. Questo è un ottimo hotel e sarei sicuramente rimasto qui quando arrivo a Vigan.

MManhadunhaitangaoyangMolto buono, la posizione è buona, nel centro della città antica, andare vicino alle principali attrazioni, molto conveniente, camminare fino a raggiungere.L'impianto è completo, pulito, ben mantenuto.Il servizio è entusiasta, attento, può anche mandare persone alla stazione di bus con la moto. Ma non c'è tempo per la colazione, dovrebbe essere buono, nel caffè occidentale.

JJenThe place is near the tourist spot. I like how they accommodate guests like us on a short notice. They are easy to approach. Clean room and aircon is working fine and the hot and cold water is functioning aswell. Toiletries are provided and even bottled water for free. Easy to access the main street if your looking for a midnight snack. There's also a nearby food chain and restaurant. The staff is not strict and very approachable. Quiet area and will definitely get the relaxation that you need during evening. Will definitely recommend this and might get back if we go again in Vigan

EEdgarNice place to stay. Our unit was a little small. Animals around was a treat. Good location not too far not too close to Vigan City. Its quite a drive from Angeles City. Some units have parking some didn’t. Otherwise you have to park way out there. Parking was not paved. Watch out for mud. Staff are nice.

HHersheyBello luogo per stare con la famiglia e ciò che ci piaceva più sono animali amici. I letti sono molto morbido e confortevole e il loro buffet colazione era delizioso. Il proprietario è molto accogliente, il personale è molto utile. A 2-3 minuti a piedi dalla Calle Crisologo. Certo, saremo di nuovo qui.Grazie.

BBillyRayRooms is for budget solo travelers and is quite small especially the shower area. Shower pressure was pretty much non-existing. No windows. For the price, I think it’s okay considering the location. WiFi is fast and smart TV. Complimentary breakfast was filling but if you are a heavy breakfast eater, you’ll definitely want to have another meal. Very helpful and courteous staffs.
