Hotel in ottima posizione, ottima piscina al secondo piano, splendida terrazza e Sky bar.
Piacevole colazione al 5° piano con splendida terrazza esterna. L'hotel è ben posizionato, vicino a negozi e templi. Touktouk è facilmente raggiungibile ai piedi dell'hotel ed è accogliente. Vicino a Patuxai. Ho adorato il mio soggiorno.

I recently stayed at Ibis Vientiane Nam Phu and had an exceptional experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and spotless common areas, making my stay very comfortable. The location is ideal, conveniently positioned close to key spots in Vientiane, making it easy to explore the city.
The service was impeccable—staff members were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to all my needs. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The amenities were well thought out, and everything worked perfectly, making my experience seamless and enjoyable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to business travelers and anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Vientiane. Looking forward to coming back!

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times. We chose this hotel because the counter staff speak reasonable English. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and willing to let us check in at the earliest. We like the morning buffet breakfast - with some local Asian dishes besides the usual Western stuff. The hotel is quiet and is near several local eateries. We really like the Da Da Coffee. The room is spacious although the place is old. It’s easy to hail the LOCA hail-ride.

Questo è un buon hotel di buon valore in una posizione buona e conveniente. Ci siamo davvero goditi di rimanere la notte lì. A parte la annoiante casella di pubblicità musicale nell'ascensore. Questo dettaglio non è stato ben pensato.

Apprezzo il lusso dell'hotel, costruito con materiali di alta qualità, e la stanza non solo era nuova, ma anche pulita, facendomi sentire bene in uno spazio così accogliente ed elegante. Mi piaceva che ci fossero ristoranti laochi, giapponesi e cinesi convenientemente situati sul pavimento, a poche distanza dalla zona di check-in. Le offerte per colazione erano fantastiche, con una vasta gamma di opzioni, insieme ai pasti pronti che potresti prendere. Dopo un lungo viaggio sul treno, il Spa ha fornito una fantastica esperienza con un massaggio aromaterapico che mi ha aiutato a rilassarmi.

Stayed in this hotel when we were in Vientiane before heading to Luang Prabang, and booked it again for one night. What sold us the most was really the breakfast.
Aircon was really noisy in the room we were in though.

The good : location was pretty good, staff was terrific, shower was very good, as was breakfast.
All was quiet and a good nights rest is almost a certainty. Amenities were better than many hotels. The only (bad) was the shower lol. Make sure you start cold and adjust to warm, NOT hot to cold or you were probably burn yourself lol. No joke on how quickly it turns to HOT. Out stay was very pleasant and staff were wonderful

Fantastico
BBaoctandianQuesto giovane tour vive davvero molto comodo. Se non fosse per il viaggio, mi piacerebbe vivere qui per qualche notte. Il negozio nuovo è molto sano e i letti sono grandi e il bagno è molto comodo.Con il caffè, non c'è niente di male per bere un caffè.

日本人でも心配ないクラスのホテルです。
フランス時代のレトロホテルがあればーとレトロが好きなのでこちらを予約。かなり綺麗なのでフランス時代の建物ではないかもだけど、パトゥーサイの近くに泊まりたかったのも選んだ理由の一つです。フランス時代古いガチ系なら三千円台でもいいかなーと思ってましたが、下調べで物価も安いし治安もちょっと気をつけろレベルとのことでしたので、安すぎる宿はやばいかなと、少し高めのこちらに。
昼間は藤井聡太くん似の優しそうだけどテキパキしたスタッフが対応してくれました。
予約時のリクエストも確認済みで、少しパトゥーサイの見える上の方の3階？上から二番目でした。
シンク等はアメリカンなんちゃら〜のやつで、それ以外の設備も日本メーカーだったりで安心感がありました。
流しやシャワーの詰まりもなかった。
シンプルだけど朝食付きで6千円台なら文句なしな感じ。
ただ、私の出国が23時台だったので
チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、可能であればスパか空き部屋のシャワーを借りたいと思ってました。
レイトチェックアウトが特典についてたので14時チェックアウトにして。
フロントの藤井聡太くん似の彼に朝食後に伝えると次のカスタマーがくるとのこと。
私はチェックアウトまで外出して戻って荷造りしてシャワーを浴びる予定でしたが、
14時前に次のカスタマーのスーツケースを私の部屋に置きにきました、、、
まさかそんなに早いとは思わず、、、
慌てて用意して14時頃に降りたけど次のカスタマーが彼に もぅ15分も待ってるんだぞ！前の客はどーなってんだ！的に詰め寄ってました汗
準備の遅い私も悪いと思いますが、他の部屋はガラ空きなのに
なんでわざわざ同じ部屋にしたんや、、、と思いました笑
コスト削減で稼働する部屋を決めてるのかもだけど。
掃除はきちんとしてる感じでしたし。
彼にお詫びのお菓子渡したけど苦笑いでした、、、
（因みに箱入りの千円以下のちょっとちゃんとしたやつ。でもホテル玄関のスタッフに抹茶のキットカットをお土産であげたんですが日本だと3、400円なのにラオスはショッピングモールで千円しててびっくりした）
荷物を預けてまた外出して、夜に戻ると別の30代から40代くらいの男性スタッフに変わってました。
藤井聡太くんがシャワーを借りるのにいくらか支払うと言ったらOKしてくれたのですが、金額がまだわからないとのことで、この人に聞いたら、この人もわからんとのこと。
でも藤井聡太くんが夜の人に聞いてってゆってたというと、夜のスタッフは50？といったように思ったので
その時私は5万キップ（500円弱）でいいのか！やす！と思いつつ、
空き部屋の2階の部屋に通してくれました。
シャワーを浴びてる最中、支払額のやり取りの際に
スタッフが （シャワーを使ったら）掃除をしないといけないから〜 と言ってたのでもしかして15やったんかな！？
私の勘違い！？
六千円以上するホテルなので2千円程シャワー代に残してて。やっぱり15万（千五百円ほど）かなと
15万渡すと多すぎ、とのこと。10万でも多いと。
5万でよかったみたい。お釣りないとのことでしたが、その人が探しに行ってる間に、わたしの手持ちにあったので五万キップでいけました。でも本当は15万のような気が、、、（私の英語力がそんなになのでいつもは電卓で確認して交渉してる）安くなったからいいけど。
で、タクシーも呼んでくれるとのことで
頼んで、少しチップを渡しました。
アプリ（安い）で呼んだっぽくて、いくらかゆわれたんですが、よく聞き取れなくて ？って顔してると100（10万キップ）でいいって言ってくれました。また結局安くなった感じ
このスタッフさんは普通にタクシーとかの人らと変わらん感じなのか、値切れてるっぽくてもやもやしました笑
まぁ安いのでいいんですが。
アプリなので普通のうーばー的な感じでしたが、支払いはドライバーに渡しました。スタッフさんが後でいくらかもらったのかは謎。
因みに空港からはタクシーの受付で130万ちょいだったので
帰りはそれより安いのは分かってましたかまだ100万キップならそこそこ安いのかなと言った感じ。アプリなら本当はもっと安いかもですが、、、
そこらへんはなんかモヤモヤしましたが、金額が知れてるのと
とりあえずちゃんと対応してくれたので良いです。
ホテルからの観光は、歩いて直ぐにパトゥーサイがあるのでそこでトゥクトゥクが拾えます。ただ、公園の手前でポツンと路上で休んでる人とか少し外れた場所の方がいいかも。公園の中のメイン的な人らはいくら？って聞いたらかなりぼったくり価格だったので交渉すらする気にならなかった。（数百円の距離を千円以上でゆってくる）
あと備品は水、シャンプー、ボディーソープはOKなレベル。普段シャンプー類は持参のものを使うのですが手洗い石鹸は今回使わせてもらったら、あまり泡立たなかったので参考までに。
ベットは結構高さがあるので背の低い人や車椅子の人は乗るのが大変かも。椅子も高かったような、、、
バルコニーは素敵だった！

TTsongSituato nel cuore di Patuxay e del mercato notturno, a 5-10 minuti a piedi, la posizione non è delle migliori. Pochissimi ristoranti. Meglio soggiornare in una posizione vicina al mercato notturno, per camminare meno e avere più scelta per un'esperienza migliore. A mio modesto parere. Sono contento di aver soggiornato solo 2 notti. A parte questo, il personale è disponibile. Se avete bisogno di qualcosa, vi aiuteranno. La colazione è discreta, con 3 opzioni. Anche i servizi al primo piano sono buoni. Non c'è bisogno di andare in camera. Le camere sono pulite. L'esperienza è stata complessivamente positiva.

5 minutes walk to the Hotel.
Pay for what you get, found the Reception very friendly and helpful, the room was average? but the bed was very comfortable. In the morning had a free breakfast, which I didn't know about.
Location was fantastic and indoor morning market opposite was very big and plenty to buy.
I would come back and stay at this Hotel again.

- the room I got is so spacious
- daily housekeeping service (smell of the bedding is so good)
- toilet is not smelly at all
- amenities 👩🍳💋 (please refer to the pics)
- no smoking is allowed inside the building and there is a designated smoking area
Cons:
- the door handle is not in good shape as you can see in the picture
- bathroom is a bit old so it’s not that squeaky clean
- heard door banging noises twice on the last morning
Overall, totally worth the money.

UUtente ospiteIl personale è molto cordiale e mi ha assistito in tutte le mie esigenze. La posizione è superba. Il cuoco prepara cibo delizioso a prezzi economici. Phun, il receptionist, è molto informato su dove acquistare le cose e aiuta con le prenotazioni dei taxi che costano di più dei tuktuk.
L'unica battuta d'arresto che ho avuto sono state le zanzare nelle stanze più lontane perché non ci sono paraspifferi in fondo alle porte. Ma ti daranno uno spray antizanzare di notte o diranno alla domestica di spruzzarlo per te durante il giorno.
Lo consiglierò sicuramente ai miei amici e dirò loro di chiedere di non metterli nelle stanze più lontane.
